Step by Step Procedure to Submit OJEE Application Form

Visit the official OJEE website and click on the link "New Candidate Registration".

Fill in the registration form and click on submit button. Login ID and password will be email.

Login using login ID and password and fill in the application form. Click on Submit button

Upload the signature, left thumb impression and passport sized photograph.

Pay the application fee and take the printout of acknowledgement page.

Please read the instructions and procedures carefully and keep all the necessary information and scanned images(s) of Photograph, Signature & Left Hand Thumb Impression ready before you start filling the On-Line Application Form. You should also be ready a personal Mobile Number and/or a personal E-Mail ID.

Candidates of OJEE - 2019 have to apply ONLINE ONLY.

Please ensure that you are filling the genuine application form available online at OJEE 2019 website (http://ojee.nic.in).

The OJEE 2019 Application Fee for Form A, B, C, D, F is INR 1000/- and for Form, E is INR 1500.

Candidate's Name in the Application Form must be the same as registered in the Qualifying Examination.

OJEE 2019 Registration Procedure: 4 Simple Steps to be followed  

Step 1:  Online filling of Application Form:

  • Candidates will be required to fill the online application form. After successful submission, an Application number gets generated that will be used for future reference.

  • During the OJEE 2019 form filling, the candidate is also required to choose PASSWORD. For subsequent login, system generated Application No. and chosen Password will be used.

  • Candidate must give a working and Correct Mobile number.

Step 2:  Online Uploading of Scanned Images:

  • Uploading of scanned Photo, signature, Left Thumb Impression are mandatory for all candidates.

  • Scanned Images should be in JPG format. Candidates are required to upload all images in one go. Partial uploading is not allowed.

  • Photographs: Size must be between 10 KB to 100KB (3.5 cm X 4.5 cm).

  • Thumb: Size must be between 3 KB to 30KB (3.5 cm X 1.5 cm).

  • Signature: Size must be between 3 KB to 30KB (3.5 cm X 1.5 cm).

** NOTE: The Candidate will be able to modify/correct the particulars before the image upload.

Step 3:  OJEE 2019 Application Fee Payment:

Payment by Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking: The candidate has to select Debit/Credit/Net Banking Card option to pay the fee and follow the instruction to complete the payment process. After successful payment, the candidate will be able to print the “Confirmation Page”.  

Step 4: Downloading of Confirmation Page:

  • The candidates are required to download and keep a copy of the confirmation page. No need to send to OJEE Official Board. Candidates are required to keep the confirmation page for future reference.

  • Provision for re-printing of Confirmation Page will be provided.

After final submission of an application, no entries in the OJEE 2019 Application Form can be changed at a later stage.

The Application Number printed on the computer generated “Confirmation Page” must be mentioned in all future correspondences. It is therefore essential to note down the APPLICATION NUMBER printed on the Confirmation Page.

Steps to Retrieve Password & Application Number:

  • Password Retrieved: Go to http://ojee.nic.in/genregoj/ForgotPassword/PwdResetOptno.aspx

  • Application Number Retrieved: Go to http://ojee.nic.in/genregoj/ForgotPassword/ForgetRegistration.aspx

In the application form, candidates have to fill in the following details:

Personal Details:

  • Name of the candidates

  • Father’s name

  • Mother’s name

  • Date of birth

  • Gender

  • Domicile

  • Category

  • The person with Disability or physically challenged

  • Subcategory

  • Annual Income of Parents

  • Nationality

Course Details:

  • Name of the course

  • Question selection

  • Qualifying examination passed or appearing

  • Year of passing or appearing

  • Board/University of Qualifying Examination

  • Percentage of marks in the qualifying examination

  • Address for communication

  • Email ID

  • Mobile number (Contact no.)

  • Choice of Exam Centre


Instruction for Uploading of Photograph and Signature in OJEE 2019

  • After filling up all the details mentioned above, candidates have to upload scanned images of their colored passport sized photograph, signature and thumb impression. 

The format and specifics of each of the files required for registration to OJEE 2019 are as given below:

OJEE 2019 Application Form Fees

Candidates have to make the payment of INR 1000 and INR 1500 for other courses like MBA & MCA, MBA & LE-MCA, MBA & PGAT through either of the following ways:

  • Credit Card/Debit Card (Visa/ Master/ Maestro Cards/ Internet Banking)

  • Remittance through E - Challan by depositing the amount in OJEE 2019 Bank Account with State Bank of India (State Bank Collect).

Confirm Page:

  • After depositing the fee through any of the desired modes of payment, the system will generate the confirmation page.

  • Candidates have to log in after two working days of fee payment to download and take a printout of the confirmation page.

  • Candidates must retain the print out of the confirmation page for future reference. If any candidate is unable to get the confirmation page, they should immediately contact OJEE cell for clarification.

OJEE 2019 Application Form – Points to note

  • Candidates should not upload any document along with the application form in support of their reservation/ category.

  • Candidates must note down the 10 digit registration number after the submission of the application form.

  • After the final submission, candidates will not be allowed to change any details on the form.

  • OJEE 2019 Application fee once paid is non-refundable.

  • Candidates can check the status of their application form anytime by logging in with the registration number and password created at the time of registration.

  • If any dispute arises out of OJEE 2019, it will be settled and decided under the jurisdiction of Hon’ble High Court of Odisha.

  • The candidate has to upload a recent picture of himself while filling up the application form.
  • It is expected that the candidate will have the same appearance at the time of examination and the counseling
  • The photographs must be a recent one.
  • Photograph should not have cap or goggles.
  • Spectacles are allowed if being used regularly.
  • Polaroid and Computer generated photos are not acceptable.
  • Applications not complying with these instructions or with unclear photographs are liable to be rejected.

  • E-Challan mode for payment is also an option for OJEE.
  • It is to be paid through State Bank of India.
  • The candidate after filling the online application form, e- challan form option will be visible.
  • Candidate should print the challan.
  • Then the candidate should visit to any branch of State Bank of India and pay the fee.
