AP EAPCET Exam Day Instructions 2024

The AP EAPCET exam is a state-level entrance examination for admission to Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy courses in Andhra Pradesh. To ensure a smooth examination process, candidates need to follow some instructions for AP EAPCET exam day as mentioned below:

• The admit card issued to the candidate must be kept safe and not shared with anyone. Tampering with the admit card will lead to disqualification.
• The candidate should reach the online examination centre at least two hours before the examination to familiarise themselves with the process.
• The candidate must ensure they are present at the examination centre at the exact time mentioned on their admit card. Latecomers will not be allowed to take the exam.
• The candidate will be allotted a specific date and time slot for the exam, which will be mentioned on their admit card. If the candidate misses this slot, they will be marked absent.

• Candidates must only occupy the seat assigned to them, as indicated by the admit card number. If a candidate changes their room or seat, their candidature will be cancelled.
• The question paper will be available in English and Telugu languages only.
• Candidates are not allowed to bring any baggage inside the Examination Centre. 
• Smoking and eating are strictly prohibited inside the examination room.
• Tea, coffee, cool drinks, or snacks are not allowed inside the examination rooms during the exam hours.
• If a candidate needs any assistance they may approach the Invigilator in the room.
• Candidates are not allowed to leave their seat until the full duration of the Examination.

• The AP EAPCET exam will start exactly at the time mentioned on the admit card.
• The exam is 3 hours long and consists of 160 questions, with 80 questions in Mathematics, 40 questions in Physics, and 40 questions in Chemistry. All questions have an equal weight.
• Each question has four responses, with only one response being correct.
• There is no negative marking and no points will be deducted if a question goes unanswered.
• The candidates must do all calculations and writing work on the rough sheet provided to them. After completing the exam, they should return the rough sheet to the invigilator and write their admit card number on it.
• The invigilator will check each candidate's admit card to confirm their identity during the exam.
• Any cases of cheating will be dealt with according to the rules.
• Candidates must sign and provide their left-hand thumb impression on the attendance sheet.

AP EAPCET Exam Day Guidelines 2024 on Dress Code

While there are no specific guidelines for the AP EAMCET 2024 Dress Code, it is important that all candidates dress decently for the exam. Candidates can follow these general guidelines for clothes while appearing for the exam.

• Male candidates can wear simple T-shirts, shirts, and trousers.
• Female candidates can wear comfortable and simple clothing, like a plain top and pants or a kurta.
• Candidates cannot wear clothes with metallic items such as buttons, zippers, or hooks.
• Candidates must not cover their heads during the exam. However, if it's necessary due to religious reasons, they can cover their head with a simple headscarf or turban.
• It is better to wear lightweight and comfortable clothes.
• Candidates are not allowed to wear any accessories like goggles, sunglasses, bracelets, or rings.
