Documents Required for AP EAMCET Certificate Verification

Check the list of documents necessary for AP EAMCET 2025 document verification in the table below:

• AP EAMCET Rank card
• AP EAPCET Hall Ticket
• Transfer Certificate ( TC)
• Memorandum of Marks (Inter or its equivalent)
• Proof of Date of Birth (SSC or its Equivalent Memo)
• Study Certificate from VI to Intermediate
• To claim a reservation under the EWS category, OC candidates must provide an EWS certificate valid for 2025 from MeeSeva
• Residence certificate for the 7 years before the qualifying examination (Inter or equivalent) for private candidates
• Integrated Community Certificate, in the case of BC/ST/SC issued by the competent authority
• Parent's income certificate or White Ration Card (candidate's name and either parent's name must be represented in the ration card) for those claiming tuition fee reimbursement.
• A local status certificate (if applicable), i.e., a candidate who migrates to any part of Andhra Pradesh from Telangana shall be considered a local candidate in Andhra Pradesh.

AP EAMCET 2025 Certificate Verification Process

Following the steps below will help the candidates complete the AP EAMCET 2025 certificate verification process. 

• At the helpline centre,  an announcement will be made for candidates to come to the assigned desk with their respective rank cards. 
• The rank number will be announced and the candidate needs to report to the desk and provide their Aadhaar and phone number to pay the processing fee. The candidate needs to collect the receipt of the fee payment. 
• After the form filling, candidates will be instructed to fill the registration form carefully with the required information of the candidates. 
• After filling the form, candidate should collect the Registration-Cum-Verification form from the registration counter.
• Then the form will be taken to the verification counter for TS EAMCET certificate verification.

AP EAMCET 2025 Counselling Procedure

1. AP EAMCET 2025 Counselling Fees 

Eligible applicants must pay the processing fee for counseling. The counseling charge must be paid online (by credit/debit card or net banking). After the transaction, the candidates will receive an SMS verifying the same.

2. Verification of Document
After payment of the counseling fee, candidates must report to their respective helpline centers for document verification. Candidates must produce both original and copy of their documents at the centers. Candidates will be called in for document verification based on their secured ranks. Candidates will receive a slip or receipt once their documents have been satisfactorily checked. The information on the slip must be reviewed for any discrepancies.

3. Filling of Choices
The third step requires candidates to select their preferred courses and colleges. Before entering their preferences, candidates must register and generate a new password. 

4. AP EAMCET 2025 Seat Allotment
AP EAMCET seat allotment 2025 results will be released in September 2025. The authority handles the allotment based on merit, category, candidate reservation, selected preferences, and the availability of seats in participating institutions. The assigned candidates must download their allotment letters by logging into their respective candidate accounts. 

If candidates are pleased with their given seat, they must confirm their admission by self-reporting and then reporting to their institutions. 

5. Reporting at the Allotted Center
When the seat allocation procedure is completed, qualified applicants must report to their designated center for seat confirmation. It should be reminded that if a candidate fails to report at the designated center, their seat will be forfeited. After the final reporting date, no candidate will be able to claim the seat.
