JCECE counselling # year round 3-seat allotment result date has been postponed. According to the updated schedule, the Round 3 seat allotment result will now be released on August 4, 2025. You can download the seat allotment result from the official website once it is released. The round 3 choice-filling process concluded on July 31, 2025. The Round 3 merit list was released on July 25, 2025. 

The authorities have provided the JCECE merit list 2025 for round 1 on the official website for you seeking admission based on their JEE Main 2025 scores. You can download it using the same login credentials. The JCECE counselling 2025 will comprise several steps, including registration, document verification, fee payment, choice filling, seat allotment and more. The seat allocation will be done based on the participant’s performance in JCECE 2025.

JCECE 2025 Counselling Highlights

You must visit the official website @jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in for the online JCECE 2025 counselling process. The counselling is being held across three rounds, with the main target being allotting students their seats in the first round. Candidates who were not allocated seats in round 3 can participate in the JCECE counselling special round. 

JCECE seat allocation will be based on your preferences. Applicants can select any institute where they want to pursue their education. Each participating institute has its own eligibility criteria.

To participate in JCECE 2025 counselling, candidates belonging to the General and OBC categories will have to pay a counselling fee of INR 400. Candidates belonging to the ST/ SC category must pay INR 250 as a counselling fee. The fee will be paid through a bank challan, which can then be downloaded from the official website itself.

JCECE 2025 Counselling Process

JCECE 2025 Counselling Process - Round 1

Merit List: JCECEB will prepare a merit list based on the exam results.

Documents Verification: All submitted documents will be verified by the JCECEB. CandidYouates will have to submit valid documents.

Course Selection: You can choose a course and an institute as per their preference and secure merit. If you wishes to change either the course or institute, they can enroll for JCECE’s second round of counselling.

JCECE 2025 Counselling Process - Round 2

Vacant Seats: After the 1st round of counselling, if seats remain vacant then the 2nd round of counselling will be conducted to fill those seats.

Change of Institute/ Course: If you got admission in the 1st round of counselling can also participate in this round if they wish to change their institute or course.

Note: You will not have to physically go to any counselling centre.

• Information on vacant seats in a variety of colleges will be presented on the official website.
• MBBS/BDS course admissions will be considering NEET 2025 scores 
•  It is unlikely that there will be a 3rd round of JCECE counselling.
