COMEDK UGET 2025 Counselling rounds 3 and 4 schedules have been released on the official website.  The round 3 choice filling will start on Aug 19, 2025. The seat allotment result will be released on Aug 22, 2025. The round 4 seat allotment result will be released on September 02, 2025. You must notice that in round 4, there is no option for seat cancellation once allotted.

Steps to Register for COMEDK UGET 2025 Counselling

COMEDK UGET 2025 counselling procedure includes registration, choice selection, seat allocation, acceptance of the seat, and reporting to the allotted university.

You can follow the following steps to have a hassle-free process of COMEDK counselling registration. 

Step 1: Registration and Payment of Fee for COMEDK UGET Counselling 2025 

• Visit the official COMEDK UGET 2025 website.
• Click on the 'Counselling' link and log in by using COMEDK UGET 2025 application number/registration number and password
• You must check all the details and pay INR 5,000 as part of the tuition fees to take part in the COMEDK UGET counselling 2025 process
• On initiating the payment, the site will redirect to the payment portal
• Check the fee policy mentioned in the brochure and proceed further
• As and when the COMEDK counselling fees 2025 are paid, re-login and click on the 'Counselling Process' tab.

Step 2: Choice Filling and Entry of Options

• You have to fill in and lock their choices of colleges and programs in order of priority. Be careful while filling in the choices, as the information you provide here will be considered for seat allotment
• Once the preferences are saved and the process is completed, you are advised to take a printout of their opted preferences and verify the same again
• During option entry for Round 1, you can modify their choice of college/program any number of times. There is no limit on the maximum number of choices that can be entered
• During option entry for Round 2, only saved or locked choices will be considered. No changes can be made to preferences selected during the option entry period of Round 2
• Only those who complete 'Option Entry' during a round of COMEDK UGET counselling 2025 will be considered for seat allotment

Step 3: Upload Required Documents

• Upload all mandatory documents for verification. you must ensure uploading legible scanned copies of documents. Do not take photos of the documents on your mobile for uploading

• If your document verification is completed, you will be eligible for further processing

Documents Required for COMEDK UGET Counselling 2025

If your documents are uploaded successfully and verified, you will only be eligible to appear in COMEDK UGET counselling 2025 round at COMEDK Counselling center. If you are appearing for the COMEDK UGET 2025 exam, you must carry a set of attested copies along with other documents required for the COMEDK Counselling 2025 mentioned below. 

• Score Card- COMEDK 2025 Rank Card
• COMEDK TAT with the signature of the Invigilator
• Parents /Guardians’ Original ID proof
• DOB Proof- Proof of Date of Birth (10th or equivalent class certificate)
• Admit Card-COMEDK UGET 2025 Admit Card (TAT)
• HSC Marksheet- 2nd PUC or 12th exam marksheet
• Photograph- One photo ID proof like a passport, driving license, Aadhar card, voter ID, School/College Photo Identity card, etc.
• Caste Certificate- Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Religious certificate- Religious/ Mother Tounge Certificate

Who Can Attend COMEDK UGET Counselling 2025

• If you have taken the COMEDK UGET test and passed it
• If you have completed class 12th/equivalent with 45 percent (40 percent for SC, ST, and OBS of Karnataka State) in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths, as well as Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Electronics/Computer Supplementary, are eligible to participate in rounds 2 and 3 of the counselling process.

Steps to Cancel COMEDK UGET 2025 Allocated Seats

If you want to surrender or cancel the seat assigned to you, follow these steps:

• Step 1: Check the COMEDK UGET website for surrender dates.
• Step 2: Log in to the application form and select "Surrender Tab" from the drop-down menu.
• Step 3: Fill out the surrender form online and print it out.

Option 1: If you want to attend round 2 to look for a different college or course, kindly bring a DD for Rs 5000/- with you (check the document list for more details) and a copy of the surrender form

Option 2: If you do not want to attend round 2/do not want to select a seat for round 2, please go to option 1.

Note: If you have not chosen a seat in round 2, the following documents must be forwarded to COMEDK's Malleswaram Office by fast mail.

• Original allotment letter, original verification card, fee payment receipt from Vijaya Bank for Rs 55000/-, surrender form printout
• All surrender cases that meet the above parameters will receive a refund by Aug.

COMEDK UGET Seat Allotment 2025 Process

COMEDK UGET seat allotment 2025 will be announced in July 2025. COMEDK 2025. 

COMEDK UGET seat allotment will be held separately for all the categories (General Merit, HKR/Tulu Minority/Karnataka Christian Minority, and Non-Karnataka Christian Minority). You have to pay COMEDK counselling fees for registrations. The seat allotment process for each of the categories has been listed below.

General Merit Candidates and HKR/Tulu Minority/Karnataka Christian Minority

The first round of seat allotment is only for general merit quota. The allotment of seats will be done only if the seats remain vacant after the seat allotment to Christian, Tulu, and HKR minority categories. For the seat allotment, the order of preference that is followed is -General Merit > HKR (Hyderabad- Karnataka Region) > Christian-Karnataka>Tulu.

Non- Karnataka Christian Minority

No seats are available for non-Karnataka Christian minorities in the first round of seat allotment. Only vacant seats in the Karnataka-Christian category will be made available to non-Karnataka-Christians based on their merit rank and choice preference.

• Step 2: Click on the 'Candidates login' tab on the homepage.

• Step 4: On the log-in page, click the 'Decision Making' tab.
• Step 5: The seat allotment result for round 1 will be displayed on the screen. 
• Step 6: You can download the seat allotment result and save it for future reference.
