YCMOU MBA 2019 Eligibility Criteria

  • Nationality: Candidates applying for YCMOU, must have Indian citizenship and must satisfy all the eligibility criteria as mentioned by the examination committee.

  • English Proficiency: Candidates appearing for YCMOU MBA 2019 must possess basic proficiency in the English language.

  • Academic Qualifications:

    • The candidates should possess the certificate of completion of Class XII equivalent.

    • The candidates should have a recognized Bachelor's Degree in any stream or field.

    • The candidates should have scored a minimum of 45% marks (General Category) in the qualifying examination and 40% marks if the candidate belongs to scheduled caste, scheduled tribe or other backward classes.

    • The latter applies to physically handicapped candidates as well.

  • Eligibility for Reserved Quotas: Quotas for SC(Scheduled Caste), ST(Scheduled Tribe), Other Backward Classes are provided following government regulations.

  • Percentage Calculation: Percentage obtained in bachelor's degree is computed on the basis of conversion schemes followed by the respective university/ institution.

  • In the case of grades/ CGPA, the conversion would depend on the equivalent certificate awarded by the respective university/ institution and that score can be used to meet the eligibility criteria for YCMOU.

  • Application Form: Candidates can apply for YCMOU MBA 2019 by filling the online Application Form, available on the official website.
