WBJEE Exam Centres 2024: New Updated Centres List

WBJEE exam centres 2024 list will be released on the official website. Students are advised to go through the same before appearing for the exam. All candidates will have the facility to choose the WBJEE centres while filling out the WBJEE 2024 application form.

WBJEE 2024 exam will be conducted across 22 districts, among which 20 districts are within West Bengal, and 2 districts will be outside the state.

WBJEE Exam Centres 2024

While filling out WBJEE Application Form 2024, candidates will be given the option to choose 3 zones according to preference before entering the academic qualifications. Candidates should select any three examination zones from the list. The board will assign them the first choice of the test centre. However, if it is impossible, then it is up to the board to assign the centre. You should note that the board will not entertain any request to change the exam centre.

Also, the board reserves the right to drop any examination centre if there is an inadequate number of students enrolled in that centre.

How to Select WBJEE Exam Centres 2024?

WBJEE exam centres 2024 must be selected while filling out the application form, and students can select up to three exam centres closest to them. Do note the allocation of the WBJEE reporting centre will be made by the authorities, which will be final. The steps on how to choose the WBJEE exam centre are as follows.

Step 1: Visit the official website.
Step 2: While filling out the application form, candidates will find an option to select the WBJEE 2024 exam centre.
Step 3: Select three preferred exam centres, number one being the most preferred location.
Step 4: The conducting authorities will do the final allocation based on availability.

Documents to be Carried to WBJEE Exam Centres 2024

Candidates are required to carry certain documents with them to the WBJEE 2024 exam centre. Not having all the WBJEE documents required at exam centre can disqualify the candidate from appearing in the examination. It is crucial to carry all the mandatory documents at the exam centre. Documents required at the exam centre are as follows.

WBJEE Exam Day Instructions

Students are required to strictly follow the protocol as mentioned below on the day of the exam.

Candidates are required to be present at the test location at least 20 minutes in advance. Under no circumstances will any candidate be allowed to enter the exam hall after the test's commencement.
Candidate details in the admit card will be according to those mentioned in the Application Form and the board will not be responsible for any error on the part of the aspirant.
Candidates are expected to use the blue/black ballpoint pen as provided by the board. Use of any other writing instrument will lead to disqualification of candidature.
Candidates are required to carry the admit card and government-valid ID proof to the test location for verification. Aadhar Card/Pan Card/Driver's license/ Passport/Voter ID/School ID Card will be accepted.
Candidates are also required to carry a passport-size colour photograph of themselves to the test location.
No electronic gadgets including but not limited to mobile phones, wrist watch and calculators are permitted in the exam hall.
Any case of impersonation will be dealt with very seriously. Candidature will be immediately cancelled and the impersonator will be handed over to the police for criminal prosecution.

Students are required to make a note of these guidelines and adhere to them very strictly.

WBJEE 2024 Admit Card

Candidates will be able to download their WBJEE 2024 admit card online mode only. WBJEE 2024 admit card is an important document that contains details such as the candidate's name, exam centre and venue details, exam day guidelines, and much more. Candidates must download the WBJEE 2024 admit card before the last date and keep a printout. Before downloading the WBJEE admit card, candidates must review all the details. They can immediately contact the exam officials if they find any discrepancies on their WBJEE 2024 admit card.
