Acceptance Process of Admission

  • Register on the portal.
  • Find institute-specific allotment information under the Seat Allotment option.
  • The following three alternatives will be available for the candidates to choose from.
  • Accept and Freeze: This choice should be used if the applicant is ready to accept one of the offers and isn't interested in considering an increase in preference level. Such candidates won't be taken into consideration for further COAP counselling sessions.
  • Retain and Wait: This choice should be made if a candidate expresses partial approval and is open to the possibility of upgrading to higher preferences during subsequent rounds of counselling. Such applicants won't be taken into account for any additional rejected proposals in the current round. The current "Retain and Wait" option will be withdrawn if a greater preference is made.
  • If a candidate is unwilling to accept any offers offered in the current round, they should choose.
  • Reject and Wait: Such candidates will be given higher consideration throughout subsequent rounds of counselling.
  • Complete the admissions procedure by clicking the submit button.

CCMT 2023 Eligibility Criteria

CCMT 2023 Admission Process

Pre-Allotment Process

  • Create an account on the CCMT official website.

Seat Allotment

GATE Counselling 2023: For IISc Bangalore

Candidates must go through IISc Counseling to be accepted to IISc Bangalore. The Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP) offers candidates a common platform to select their first choice for admission. The students should bear the following advice in mind before signing up for COAP.

  • The GATE scores and the IISc Bangalore-established eligibility requirements are used to conduct the admission processes.
  • GATE score will be awarded 70% of the weight, while written tests or personal interviews will receive 30% of the weight.

IISC Bangalore MTech Admission through GATE 2023

IISC Bangalore's MTech programmes are admitted through COAP counselling based on GATE scores. For applicants seeking admission into certain engineering branches, the institute also administers its entrance examination and conducts personal interviews. Exam qualifiers will need to finish the online registration process on the official IISC Bangalore website after the GATE results are made public.

IIT MTech Admission through GATE 2023: COAP Counselling

To allocate seats, candidates seeking admission into the MTech programmes offered by IITs must take part in the GATE counselling session held through COAP 2023. Candidates must finish the online registration process on COAP's official website to be allowed to do the same. The COAP conducts four rounds of seat distribution, and the outcomes are made public after each round is completed.
