Guidelines for UKSEE 2023

- As per the guidelines of the organizing authorities of UKSEE 2023, filling out the application form, and following all given instructions will be a mandatory step that all the applicants are supposed to follow. There are no refunds for the paid application fees under any circumstances.
- While filling out the application form, candidates should go through the provided information carefully because there will be no option of post-editing the application form.
- Fulfilling all predefined eligibility conditions will be compulsory for all applicants.

- The university reserves the right to withdraw permission, if any, granted inadvertently to any candidate who will be not eligible to appear in the UKSEE even though the admit card the university had issued card/ roll number.
- University holds the right to withdraw any application if the admission will be granted inadvertently or if the applicant did not meet the eligibility criteria.
- The change of category after the applicant applied will be not permitted. The university will not refund the fee in the event of rejection of the application.
- Candidates are advised to provide the required personal information carefully.
- The official entrance examination and counselling records are preserved only for one year from the entrance exam date.
- In all the matters relating to examination and admission, the decision of the university/ counselling board and the Government of Uttarakhand as the case may be final.
- A candidate found using unfair means in the entrance examination will invite the cancellation of their result, non-refund of the examination fee, and punishment as may be deemed proper by the examination committee of the university and as per the provision of law.
- Unfair/ illegal actions during the attempt were not tolerated and would have immediately cancelled the application. Punishment as per the provision of the law will be implemented if required.
