UKSEE Counselling 2023 will be started after the conducting authority will declare the result on the official website. Candidates should keep in touch with the official website till the university completes the admission process for UKSEE 2023. The counselling process will be held in 2 rounds. The candidates have to pay INR 1000 to attend the selection process. Only eligible candidates have to carry their original educational certificates for verification. The university will send the UKSEE counselling intimation letter to all eligible individuals. The counselling process will be only for successful candidates, allowing them to choose their courses and colleges as per the seat availability criteria in different colleges.

UKSEE Counselling 2023 Dates

The UKSEE Counselling 2023 process will be conducted in two rounds, and the choice filling for courses the applicants intended to get admission to. The important events and the dates to be conducted regarding the counselling process are as follows.

UKSEE Counselling 2023 Procedure

The candidates who will have their names on the merit list or have minimum qualifying marks in the UKSEE 2023 entrance exam will have to register for counselling and pay a fee. The candidates can register and pay for the counselling through the online portal. The steps are given below:

• Step 1: Visit the official website.
• Step 2: Log in with the credentials made at the time of registration.
• Step 3: Lock in three choices of colleges according to priority.
• Step 4: Pay the counselling fee of INR 1000.
• Step 5: Download and print their call letters for future use.

Documents Required for UKSEE Counselling 2023

The candidates are required to provide certain documents at the time of counselling. These documents are verified by the authorities who are conducting the counselling. The candidate will be terminated if any document or details they gave will be incorrect or invalid. The necessary documents are given below.

• Photo Identity Card 
• Passport size photo, same as the one submitted during application.
• UKSEE Admit card
• UKSEE Scorecard
• UKSEE Application Form
• UKSEE Counselling Form
• Category Certificate (if applicable)
• Date of Birth Proof (Class X Marksheet)
• Certificate and Mark Sheet of Class XII. 
• Undergraduate Certificate.
• Medical Certificate of the candidate by the CMO of the district hospital.
• Uttarakhand domicile certificate with any reservation (compulsory for reserved women).
• Income Certificate.

UKSEE 2023 Instructions

The candidates must keep in mind certain important instructions as they advance to counselling. These general points are considered very crucial for the counselling process. The instructions that has to be kept in mind are given below.

• The candidates should provide the same photo that they upload during admission time while attending counselling.
• Appearing for counselling does not make the candidate eligible for admission.
• The Uttarakhand domicile certificate by a competent authority is compulsory.
• The candidates must carry all the documents required along with them to counselling.
• Once the seats were allocated, the university makes no changes.
