MGU CAT 2023 Counselling Schedule will be available on the official website. MGU CAT 2023 counselling procedure includes Written Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. MGU CAT Counselling
Only those candidates who make it to MGU CAT 2023 merit list will be called for admission through MGU CAT 2023 counselling procedure. Aspirants crossing the minimum MGU CAT 2023 cut off marks will come under the merit category.
The counselling session starting date will be published on the official website. Usually, the counselling process happens for three days continuously to distribute the seats of college according to the scores obtained by the candidate in MGU CAT 2023 exam.
The candidate who belongs to other eligible communities (OEC) and SC/ ST are exempted at the time of allotment of PG programs irrespective of conditions such as annual family income.
Documents Required for MGU CAT 2023 Counselling
The documents required for the verification process for MGU CAT 2023 counselling are mentioned below.
- Applicants for the Open All India Quota will have to present the relevant nativity certificate issued by the concerned competent authority.
- Certificate to prove date of birth.
- Transfer Certificate (TC) from the Institution last attended and Conduct Certificate.
- Mark Lists of Qualifying Degree examination and Provisional/ Degree Certificate (if results are announced).
- Equivalency Certificate for the Qualifying Examination, if applicable.
- Migration Certificate, if applicable.
- Caste Certificate, Income Certificate, BPL Certificate, NCLC certificate if applicable.
- Candidates who are employees of Central/ State Government or Public Sector Undertaking or Quasi-Government Institutions should produce No Objection Certificate.
Note: All aspirants must bring original and valid certificates. Photocopies will not be accepted for MGU CAT 2023 counselling.
Relaxation of Marks During MGU CAT 2023 Counselling
Relaxation of marks will be applicable for the following category candidates at the time of MGU CAT 2023 counselling.
- Kerala SC/ ST Candidates: The minimum requirement for PG admission is a pass in the qualifying examination.
- SEBC Candidates: Relaxation of 3% marks in the qualifying examination.
- OEC & Person with Disability Candidates: Relaxation of 5% marks in the qualifying examination.
MGU CAT 2023 Counselling Important Points
The important points to remember regarding MGU CAT 2023 counselling process are listed below.
- All those candidates who have made it into the merit list will be asked to appear for MGU CAT 2023 counselling.
- After the exhaustion of this category, candidates will be admitted under various quotas.
- Admission to various courses will be offered in the hierarchy of quotas.
