Highlights of the BITSAT 2022 Exam
There will be 150 MCQ questions on the BITSAT 2022 exam question paper. Each correct answer will be valued at 3 marks and negative marking of 1 mark for each incorrect answer. If a question is not attempted, it will be valued at zero. The entire exam is three hours long and there is an option of attempting 12 extra questions if there is still time. We advise candidates to make sure they answer all the questions they know first and then move along with difficult questions.

BITSAT 2022 Pre-Exam Analysis
BITSAT 2022 is conducted by BITS Pilani at various centers across the country. The overall difficulty of the exam is considered to be moderate. In 2021, the candidates had reported that the physics section of the paper was the most difficult. However, for 2022 the levels of difficulty of the various sections in the paper are estimated to be moderate.
- The most common topics used to frame questions for the mathematics section are assessed to be from coordinate geometry, calculus, algebra, integration (indefinite), quadratic equations, limits, and a few more topics.
- The most common physics topics are ray options, modern physics, work, power and energy, oscillations, etc.
- In chemistry, the most common topics are polymers, metallurgy, alcohols, nitrogen, oxygen, p-block elements, d-block elements, noble gases, and more. The weightage of topics from inorganic, organic, and physical chemistry will be divided equally.
