VITEEE counselling 2025 for B.Tech admission commenced on the official website on May 03, 2025, after the exam result declaration. VITEEE 2025 phase 1 and phase 2 seat allotment results have been released in the official website based on the rank, category and seat availability. If candidates fail to confirm their payment, their allotment will be revoked.
The candidate's rank determines eligibility for participation in online counselling following the VITEEE 2025 results. Candidates ranked up to 1 lakh are eligible for counselling at all four campuses: VIT - Vellore, VIT - Chennai, VIT - AP, and VIT - Bhopal, however those ranked over 1 lakh can only participate in counselling at the VIT - AP and VIT - Bhopal campuses. All qualified students must engage in the VITEEE 2025 counselling procedure to be admitted to the participating campuses of Vellore, Chennai, AP, and Bhopal. VIT 2025 counselling process will include money payment, choice filling, seat allocation, and admission confirmation.
The VITEEE 2025 counselling phase 3 choice filling is ongoing until May 28, 2025 and the seat allotment result will be released on May 30, 2025. As a result, all candidates are recommended to carefully complete their course and college selections in the order of preference. The selected candidates must confirm their admissions by paying the appropriate money before the final deadline.

The registration process for VITEEE 2025 counselling is available at vit.ac.in. After the VITEEE 2025 results, a candidate's rank determines their eligibility to participate in online counselling. All four campuses of VIT—Vellore, Chennai, AP, and Bhopal—offer counselling to candidates ranked up to one lakh; candidates ranked higher than one lakh are limited to counselling at VIT—AP and VIT—Bhopal.

Steps to Apply for VITEEE Counselling 2025
VITEEE 2025 counselling is done online by VIT Vellore. Candidates must therefore be informed of the steps they must take to participate in the VIT counselling for B.Tech, which are described below:
Step 1: Go to Counselling Website and Login
Candidates must access the counselling website: ugresults.vit.ac.in/viteee. Please use the application number and password to log in.
Step 2: Counselling Dashboard
Students can access the VITEEE result page after logging in. Candidates may find all the necessary information about VITEEE counselling on this website.
Step 3: Counselling Dates
For quick viewing, VITEEE counselling dates are given on the page; check the dates to learn when counselling is scheduled.
Step 4: Read the Instructions
The "Counselling Instructions" option can then be clicked to view a detailed explanation of the entire process. After carefully reading the instructions to continue, Candidates must click on the red tick boxes.
Step 5: Counselling Fees
To view the VITEEE counselling fee policies, click the "Counselling Fee" page now. INR 10,000 non-refundable counselling charge must be paid. Click the "Proceed to Pay" button after that.
Step 6: Pay the Fees
- Make the VITEEE counselling payment using the payment gateway of the candidate's choice.
- Please allow the payment gateway two hours to respond if the payment is deducted from the candidate's account but no receipt is generated. Please don't try the payment again before two hours.
Step 7: Download the Receipt
- Following a successful transaction, a receipt will be generated. Please save the invoice.
- To read VITEEE counselling dates specific to the rank, click the "Important Dates" tab. Please take note of these dates and attend the VITEEE counselling at the time and day specified.
Step 8: Choice Filling
- Select "Choice Filling" from the menu to add the options in the desired order.
- The choice-filling window of the counselling timetable is open from 10 AM on the first day until 5 PM on the second day. Anytime throughout this timeframe, candidates can complete the selections.
- The allotment is not made on a first come, first served basis. Candidates' VITEEE rank will be used as the foundation for the allocation.
Step 9: How to Fill Choices
- The branch of choice must be chosen, and the technology option has already been picked in the chosen option.
- The next step is to choose the drop-down menu's lowest fee category.
- After selecting, you must click the "Add and Save" button to store it.
Step 10: Add all the Choices.
- Like the previous stage, candidates must add every option in the preferred sequence.
- If a certain branch piques your attention, candidates can add it to all the categories, starting with the one with the lowest fee.
- Candidates can click the "Edit Priority" button to change the order in which the options are prioritised.
Step 11: View Registered Choices
The seat allocation will be based on the registered choices and VITEEE rank; to examine the list of registered choices, click the "Registered Choices" tab.
Step 12: Seat Allotment
When candidates click the seat allocation tab, the VITEEE seat allotment dates will be displayed. Suppose candidates are not allocated a seat on the date of seat allocation. In that case, candidates will be given another opportunity for seat allocation based on their rank in the succeeding counselling phases.
VITEEE Counselling 2025 Dates
VIT B.Tech admission online counselling 2025 commenced on May 03, 2025. During the VITEEE 2025 counselling, seats are assigned to candidates based on their rank, preferences, category, and seat availability.

VITEEE Counselling Fee Deadline and Choice Filling

VITEEE Counselling Process 2025
VIT authorities will conduct the VITEEE counselling 2025 process in online mode. Therefore, candidates must know the counselling process before appearing for it.
The steps involved in the VITEEE 2025 counselling process are as follows:
- Check the All India Rank for VITEEE: The counselling 2025 dates will be announced based on the VITEEE rank range. Candidates must be aware of their rank based on the results.
- Registration for VITEEE Counselling: Candidates can register for the VITEEE counselling process by filling out the registration forms, where they must fill in their category details, preferred course, and campus.

VITEEE Seat Allotment 2025
Results for each step of the VITEEE seat allotment is published separately online. By entering their application number and password, candidates can view the results of their VITEEE seat allotment. Based on the candidates' VITEEE 2025 rankings, preferences, and available seats, they will be assigned seats. The candidates must pay a portion of the fee or the entire fee before the deadline to confirm their VITEEE allotment of seats. The admission will be cancelled if the fee is not paid.
