HITSEEE 2025 Counselling (May 12-19): Registration, Direct Link, Documents

As per the authorities, the HITSEEE 2025 counselling will be held from May 12 to May 19, 2025. The candidates who clear the HITSEEE exam with the minimum cut-off requirements will be eligible to attend the HITSEEE counselling process.

The counselling process will comprise several steps, including registration, document verification, fee payment and reporting college. Candidates must have their HITSEEE results 2025 to appear for the counselling process. HITSEEE 2025 Counselling

The shortlisted applicants can log in to the HITSEEE 2025 official website and check their counselling dates. The counselling will commence on May 12, 2025, and will end on May 19, 2025.

HITSEEE 2025 counselling is done only for those applicants who have cleared and secured a valid AIR in HITSEEE. On the basis of the marks scored after the HITSEEE 2025 results, they are called for counselling.

The counselling process is generally conducted rank-wise in the month of May every year for HITSEEE. Candidates are required to bring their original documents and certificates during counselling.

If the applicants fail to bring the required documents and certificates, admission will be cancelled. Note that the applicants will not be granted admission based on downloaded mark sheets and certificates.

HITSEEE Counselling Process 2025

The HITSEE counselling 2025 will comprise several stages that every candidate must be aware of to ensure that they successfully gain admission to the institute. The following are the steps involved in the HITSEEE counselling 2025:

Step 1: Registration:

Qualified candidates must register for the HITSEEE counselling process online on the official website. The registration link will be activated by May 12, 2025.

Step 2: Choice Filling:

Choice filling means candidates will be required to provide their choice of courses and colleges in order of preference. This is a crucial step in the counselling process as it will determine the career path of the candidate.

Step 3: Seat Allotment:

Now, based on candidates’ ranks, preferences, seat availability, number of applicants and other such factors, the seats will be allotted to the candidates.

Step 6: Fee Payment:

Candidates will also be required to make the fee payment as per the course and college assigned to them. They will be given a deadline to make the payment.

Step 5: Document Verification:

This step will be done in an offline format. The candidates will be required to report to their allocated college with original academic, personal and category documents.

Step 6: Additional Rounds:

Additional rounds will be conducted if seats remain vacant after the first round.

• HITSEEE 2025 Admit card
