Note: Generally, the TISSNET is conducted in the major cities and state capitals. Hence, it is advised in candidates' interest to choose a city at their convenience.

The TISS entrance test will be held in 39 cities for B.A. programs, and candidates must specify any city. Each city may have more than one centre depending on the number of applicants. A candidate can choose a nearby place for the entrance exam. A candidate should try to reach before reporting to avoid unnecessary agitation. If a candidate reaches before time, they can finish their paper and security formalities on time. The admit card will have the information regarding the allotted exam centre.

How to Choose TISSNET Exam Centres 2023?

The candidates must choose the exam centres while registering for the TISSNET 2023 exam. Below are some instructions candidates must follow. 

  • Step 1: At the time of registration, the candidates must choose the desirable exam centres.
  • Step 2: A list of the exam cities will appear on the page. The candidates must select the exam centres per their preference.
  • Step 3: The candidates must remember that centres will be allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Step 4: Once the centres are selected, the candidates will require to make the payments and submit the form.
  • Step 5: The candidates who have completed the TISSNET form will receive the TISSNET admit card. The exam centres will be mentioned on the admit card.

How to Change the TISSNET Exam Centres 2023?

The candidates must fill out the TISSNET application form very carefully while making the exam centre choices. The TISS does not allow candidates to change the exam centre once the form has been submitted. 

The candidates must choose the exam centre closest to their present location. The TISS exam centres are not allowed to be changed.

The authorities will consider the request of the candidates if they have a genuine reason. The candidates must reach out to the TISS through email.

Candidates can also send the offline request to the address given in the contact details on TISSNET 2023 Exam. Candidates must write down the genuine reason and explain it.

TISSNET Exam Centres 2023 for PIT and Interview

The second stage of the TISSNET selection process is Pre-Interview Test (PIT) and Personal Interview (PI). The candidates will be shortlisted for these two rounds after the TISSNET 2023 exam. The TISSNET has 39 exam centres across India. For the second stage, the candidates will be required to visit the TISS campuses. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, these rounds may be done virtually. However, candidates must know the process and the campus locations. Below are the three campus locations where the second round of the TISS admission process occurs.

TISSNET 2023 Exam Day Instructions

All candidates are expected to carry their TISSNET admit card into their exam halls for verification. 

In the interest of aspirants, it is advised to visit the test location at least a day before the TISSNET 2023 exam to get acquainted with the route of the journey. Reaching the TISSNET 2023 test centre well before the reporting time is essential.

Candidates must carry their admit card and other ID proof documents to the TISSNET exam centres 2023 without fail.

Some test centres might not have space to hold the candidate's belongings. Therefore, aspirants have to manage these things. Parking facilities might not be available in specific TISSNET test centres, so test-takers must plan their travel accordingly.
