BEEE Counselling 2023: Dates, Registration, Seat Allotment

BEEE 2023 counselling dates will be announced on the official website. BEEE 2023 Counselling is the final step in getting admission in Bharath University, Chennai. Test-takers who have cleared the exam and are ranked well will get admission into various Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses/ programmes offered by the Bharath University, Chennai.

BEEE 2023 Counselling Highlights

• Admission and counselling: After the results get announced the counselling process for admission to various engineering undergraduate courses will get started.

• Commencement: Counselling process will commence, the eligible candidates get admission and called for the counselling process.

• Merit list: The merit list candidates are only eligible for counselling process and the seats will be allotted to candidates based on the marks they obtained in the BEEE 2023 exam.

• Counselling schedule: To get admissions for different courses offered by the university, the candidate must compulsorily attend the counselling process. After the declaration of the result, counselling schedule relating to BEEE 2023 will be updated on the official website.

BEEE 2023 Documents Required During Counselling

The following documents are necessary during BEEE 2023 Counselling: 

• BEEE 2023 admit card

• BEEE 2023 scorecard/call letter

• Demand Draft (Non-refundable) for Rs. 20,000/- drawn in favour of “BHARATH UNIVERSITY”, payable at Chennai.

• Marksheet of class 10 and 12 or equivalent

• Transfer Certificate/Migration Certificate

• Community Certificate (If applicable)

• Photocopy of Aadhaar Card/Ration Card

• Nativity Certificate (For candidates hailing from Jammu and Kashmir and the North Eastern States of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura).

• Six copies of recent Passport size (3.5 x 4.5 cm) colour photos of the candidate with a white background dressed in formal wear with name and date printed.

• Undertaking for good conduct and behaviour in the prescribed form (will be issued at the time of admission).

• Anti-Ragging Joint Undertaking by parent/guardian and the student two sets of photocopies of all original documents.

• Four copies of passport size (3.5 x 4.5 cm) photographs of parent/guardian
