Admission to the Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) course at the Alliance College of Engineering and Design, Alliance University is strictly based on merit. B. Tech. (Regular): Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subject Obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together JEE (Main); JEE (Advanced); Karnataka CET; COMED-K; Alliance University Engineering Entrance Test (AUEET); or any other State-level engineering entrance examination Course Duration: Four years; Full time. Admissions in Andhra University, [AU] Vishakhapatnam
The admission process to the UG programs generally starts in the month of April every year. The admission to PG programs is conducted from March onwards. The selection criteria for admission to the programs ranges from marks scored in qualifying examination to performance in state-level or university-level entrance examinations.
The University conducts AUCET for admission to a majority of PG programs offered at its departments. Admission to Integrated B.Tech.+M.Tech. and other B.Tech. programs, the University takes admission through AUEET. Some of the other examinations through which the University takes admission are APICET for MBA and MCA courses, AP LAWCET for admission to Law courses, and AURCET for Research courses.
