Steps for AAT 2025 Counselling and Seat Allotment
Candidates must follow the given steps for the JoSAA 2025 counselling and seat allotment process for AAT. This will be conducted for AAT-qualified candidates:
Registration Round:
- Firstly, the students must visit the official website of JoSAA 2025.
- Then, they are required to log in using their JEE Main roll number and JEE Advanced password. Reconfirmation of the already existing information has to be done by the applicants.
Choice Filling Round:
- Secondly, students must choose their course and college as per their preference.
Mock Allotment Round:
- Thirdly, two mock allotment rounds are conducted for candidates to know their possible allotment as per their current order of preference and rank.
- Candidates can carry a re-arrangement of available preferences.
Final Seat Allotment Round:
- Fourthly, Candidates can check their seat allotment results online and confirm their admission.
- They must also download the JoSAA seat allotment letter from the official website to produce during reporting to college.
Fee Payment:
To confirm admission, the candidates must pay the seat acceptance fee within the given deadline.
Reporting Centre Round:
Lastly, the students must report to their respective JoSAA 2025 reporting centres for the document verification procedure.
Documents Required During AAT Counselling 2025
The following list of documents is required for JoSSA Counselling 2025:
- Seat allotment letter (Provisional)
- Candidates undertaking as per the given format
- Proof of seat acceptance fee payment – E-challan or net transaction
- Two passport-size photocopies of the applicant
- Class XII board marks sheet and pass certificate
- Original copy of JEE Advanced 2025 Admit Card
- Date of birth proof
- Photo identity card
- Medical certificate on the basis of the given format
- Category certificate (OBC-NCL/SC/ST) if applicable
- Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD), if applicable
- Passport – for foreign nationals / OCI certificate or PIO card, if applicable
