Eligibility Criteria and Admission Procedure

Eligibility Criteria:

Course	Eligibility
B.Voc	Candidates who have completed 10+2 with 50% or an equivalent grade are eligible for B.Voc.
B.Arch	Bachelor of Architecture degree course or equivalent courses recognised by the Council of Architecture with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade in the aggregate for general category and 45% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates. Candidate with valid GATE Score will be preferred and will be exempted from appearing for the Entrance Test.
MA	Bachelor's degree from any recognised University with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate for general category and 45% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.
M.Sc	Bachelor's degree from a recognised University with Mathematics as one of the subjects at Graduate level with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate for general category and 45% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates

Admission Procedure:

Admission to all Programmes shall be based on the merit of the students in Entrance Test of CUCET – 2017
No one shall be considered for admission unless he/she has appeared in the CUCET- 2017.
No candidate securing less than 40% marks (35% in case of SC, ST and Persons with disabilities) in CUCET-2017 shall be eligible for admission to Undergraduate & Postgraduate Programmes.
The candidates are advised to remain in touch with the website for updated information.
List of selected candidates shall be displayed on the University Website and on the Notice- Boards of the Administrative Office and School/Department concerned.
No intimation to the selected candidates will be sent by post.
The candidates shall be required to get their admissions completed by the dates as notified by the University from time to time and the candidates are advised to remain in touch with the University website: www.cujammu.ac.in
The selected candidates shall be required to produce, for verification at the time of interview / last date prescribed for completion of the admission formalities, as the case may be, the following documents in original: Certificates, Diplomas, Degrees, Marks- Sheets of all educational qualifications.

Since people come from different parts of the world. Here, each and everyone is treated in the same manner and it does not matter to which caste or religion he/she may belong to and what is the economic status of him/her. The thing which matters is that he/she is the part of the university. Students organize different parties on campus and off campus both, to take a rest from hectic schedules and enjoy.
