    The last date for the PG admissions portal for the July 2025 intake has been extended. Interested candidates should check the updates on the portal. The new deadlines for various programs are as follows: M.Des (CEED) applications are due by April 20, 2025, while all MoE applications must be submitted by the same date. For all Online M.Tech programs, the deadline is April 30, 2025. Additionally, applications for Self/Industry Sponsored, Research Assistantship, and Sponsored M.Tech (2 Years) programs are also due by April 30, 2025. Specific deadlines for certain departments are April 17, 2025.

IIT Hyderabad was established in 2008 with technical and financial assistance from the Government of Japan. The Institute offers nine undergraduate programs, 20 postgraduate programs, 5 M.Phil programs, and Ph.D. programs in all branches of science, engineering, design, and liberal arts. The institute has around 200 faculty members and 2846 students currently enrolled, with a good student-faculty ratio of 1:13.
