NIT Delhi is an autonomous institute that was established in the year 2010. The National Institute of Technology Delhi ranked #45 among engineering colleges in the NIRF rankings for 2024. NIT Delhi Admission 2025

NIT Delhi admission 2025 is ongoing. Admission for B.Tech programs is made based on their performance in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) for Indian Nationals. Admissions to the M.Tech Programmes are made based on performance in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE). 

 Admission criteria for various NIT Delhi courses are given below:

• B.Tech: Candidates must have completed 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects and 75% marks. Selection is based on the JEE Main exam and JoSAA counselling.
• M.Tech: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant stream with 60% marks. For selection, candidates must perform well in the GATE exam and participate in CCMT counselling.
• PhD: Aspirants must have a master's degree in a relevant field with 60% marks. Additionally, GATE/ UGC-NET/ CSIR-NET/Written Test is accepted for admission, followed by an interview.
