Instructions for Filling UIIT HPU CET 2023 Application Form

Before proceeding to apply, please ensure that you have:

Scanned copy of applicant's recent photograph with the following specification:

• The photograph should be in formals.
• The photograph must be a passport size color picture.
• The photograph must be a taken in full-face view directly facing the camera.
• The photograph should have no shadows and red eyes.
• Maximum size 100KB.
• Photo format should be .jpg or .jpeg only.
• The filename should be of 10 character maximum.

Scanned copy of applicant's signature with following specifications:

• Applicant should sign with black ink on white paper and get the signature scanned.
• The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.
• Maximum size 100 KB.
• The scanned signature format should be .jpg or .jpeg only.
• The file name should be 10 character maximum.

Scanned copy of the applicant's Father/Mother signature with the following specifications:

• Applicant’s Father/Mother should sign with black ink on a white paper and get the signature scanned.
• The signature must be signed only by the applicant’s Father/Mother and not by any other person.
• Maximum size 100 KB.
• The scanned signature format should be .jpg or .jpeg only.
• The file name should be of 10 character maximum.

Procedure for Online Payment of UIIT HPU CET 2023

The procedure to pay the application fee online is mentioned below:

• If you select online payment mode, click on ‘make payment’.
• On the next page select your payment gateway – choose HDFC/COOPERATIVE Bank.
• Click on ‘continue for payment’
• Choose among the given options (debit card, credit card, net banking etc.- kindly check the available banks and card types)
• Fill in the required card details carefully and DO NOT PRESS REFRESH or BACK BUTTON, while making the payment
• If the payment is successfully done, you will receive a success message with all the details, below the message there is a button ‘Click here to go to final submit page’. Click on the button, you will be redirected to finally submit the application.
• Click on the ‘Submit Application Form’ button to get the form finally submitted.

UIIT HPU CET 2023 Details Required on Application

The details required on the application form are for official verification purposes. The details that the applicant has to submit is mentioned below:

• Name of the Applicant: The candidates appearing for UIIT HPU CET 2023 are required to enter their full Name (as it appears in your SSLC/10th Std Marks Card), In the case of a candidate who has changed his/ her name for any reason, the original proof of the same has to be produced at the time of admission.
• Date of Birth: Candidates need to enter their date of birth exactly as recorded in your High School or equivalent examination certificate in dd/mm/yy format.
• Email-ID: Candidates need to enter their valid E-Mail address. This mail address will be used for communication with you during examination/admission process.
• Mobile No: Candidates need to enter their personal mobile phone number. Then, candidates need to enter the OTP received so as to verify the mobile number entered.
• Applicants Unique ID Proof: The candidate needs to select the ID proof that the candidate will bring in original at the time of exam and admission process from the list provided.
