The NEET 2025 scorecard has been released on the official website on June 14, 2025. To check the NEET 2025 scorecard, candidates need to enter their application number and date of birth at exams.nta.ac.in. The scorecards are available for download online from the official NTA NEET website.

Candidates are advised to take multiple printouts and preserve them until the admission process is complete.

The scorecard for NEET 2025 has been released on the official website by the conducting authority. Candidates must enter the login credentials application number and date of birth, to download NTA NEET score card 2025.

How to Check NEET Score Card?

Furthermore, the score card of NEET 2025 displays the details of the marks scored by the candidates, qualifying status, AIR, state rank, category, and NEET cutoff 2025 percentage. The NTA (National Testing Agency) released results as a scorecard, and candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to learn how to download NEET UG 2025 scorecards.

• Visit the official website for NEET Score Card 2025.
• Click on the "NEET UG 2025 Results" tab, which will direct you to a new webpage.
• Enter your roll number, date of birth, and the security pin, then click "Submit". 
• The result would be available now, and you can download and make copies of the NEET Score Card 2025 for future reference.

In case, you have forgotten your password or application number. In that case, you can retrieve your account by clicking on “Forgot Password” or “Forgot Application Number” and fill in the details required: the candidate’s name, parents’ name, date of birth, and security pin.

Validity of NEET 2025 Score Card

The NEET Score Card 2025 is valid for three years after the declaration year. For example, suppose the candidates have appeared in 2025; the scores are valid for three consecutive years. Candidates can download and save the NEET Score Card 2025 from the official website.

Furthermore, the NEET result 2025 must be preserved for up to 90 days from the declaration of results since it will be asked during counselling and medical admission. After NEET 2025 Score Card and results are released, medical admission will be granted through counselling.

NEET 2025 Score Calculation Process

The NTA uploads the answer key for the candidates to compare their answers to get a rough value of how much they have scored. The answer key also helps the candidate challenge the answer provided by NTA by paying Rs.1000 per response. If the candidate is right, they get a refund. The answer key would determine their expected rank and score. 

For every right answer, 4 marks are awarded, and 1 mark is deducted for every wrong answer. So, the scores can be calculated by multiplying the number of right answers by 4 and subtracting it from the number of wrong answers. 

Tie Breaking Process of NEET 2025 Score

In the event of a tie, where two candidates secure the same marks in the NEET 2025 UG examination, there is a need for a tie-breaker. The specifications of the tiebreaker are mentioned below:

• If the total marks are the same, the candidate with higher marks in Biology will secure the higher rank. 
• If the marks are similar in Biology, candidates are ranked based on their Chemistry marks in the NEET 2025 examination. 
• If both Biology and Chemistry marks are exactly the same, the candidate with the least number of wrong answers will excel to the higher rank. 
• Lastly, if all the above three marks are not applicable as a tiebreaker, the older candidate will secure the higher merit ranking.

What After NEET Score Card is Announced?

The candidates must go through the counseling and admission process to get a seat in the desired University. The candidates can apply for the following courses through NEET:

• BDS and MBBS: The only way to get admission to dental and medical colleges is through NEET. The candidate can get admission in any private or government college through NEET. Some foreign universities also accept NEET scores. The score acts as an eligibility criterion for the candidate to get admission to dental and medical colleges abroad. The NEET result is valid for three years for candidates who want to pursue courses in foreign universities.
• AYUSH: If the candidates are interested in the field of AYUSH which is Ayurveda, Yoga, and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy, they can get admission into universities that provide these courses using NEET score.
• BVSc and AH: Bachelors of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry is a five years undergraduate course and is a great career choice for candidates who love animals.
