What is a NEET Response Sheet 2025?

National Testing Agency (NTA) releases the NEET Response Sheet for all students who have taken the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). The answer sheet is a digital record of all the answers, that a candidate marks during the examination.

The NEET response sheet ensures transparency in the entire process as well as gives students a chance to check their answers against the NEET official answer key.

  • It contains a detailed response to each question by the candidate. On each question, a question ID is assigned and the sheet also records the option that is selected by the candidate. It provides information for students to see if their answers were correctly marked. It also permits them to estimate their scores tentatively.
  • The NEET response sheet shows the marked responses and contains details about the name, roll number, application number and test booklet code of the candidate. These details guarantee that the response sheet will be only related to the concerned candidate.
  • Every NEET response sheet including the provisional answer key is usually released by the NTA a few days after the exam. The link to it is made available to the candidates by logging in using their application number and password or date of birth at the NEET website. Candidates are allowed to lodge objections regarding provided answers or marking of the answers. This gives candidates a fair and accurate evaluation of their performance on the examination.
