  • The candidate should have passed 10+2 with PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) is the basic requirement to take admission in B.Tech Civil Engineering program.

  • Percentage required in qualifying exam is 50% for most of the engineering institutes. However, the required percentage criteria depend on college. 

  • Holders of diploma in the mechanical or allied stream are also eligible for admission, in the second year of the course as lateral entry provided you have done their diploma after 10th.

  • Exceptions do exist like candidates having a bachelor degree in science are also eligible in a few colleges that allow for admission.
