How to Prepare for BVP CET?
Preparing for any entrance exam can be a huge burden, but it all depends upon the way you look at it and how you approach it. If your determination is strong enough any exam will be easier to crack. So the first thing you should be doing is setting your goal to crack the exam. When I mean setting your goal it means that you should be ready to face all of the difficulties coming your way and be persistent enough to not give up in the middle. Now, if you have mustered the determination to face the exam, you need to find the different ways to approach the exam that are suitable for you. Given below are some of the tips that you can follow.
Create a Preparation Timetable
You need discipline and proper structure to prepare for the exam. The only way you can do that is by creating a proper timetable that you can follow until the exam is completed. A good preparation schedule should contain an abundant time for all of the topics in the syllabus along with time for solving various sample test papers. While preparing the schedule one of the most important things to keep in mind is giving enough and meaningful breaks in between study sessions. This will help you to refresh and invigorate your interest in preparation. Try to avoid any outside distractions and concentrate solely on the preparation for the exam.
Time Management
The main problem that candidates face while writing an exam is the insufficiency of time to go through the whole paper. This is because of improper time management. In BVP CET you need to answer 200 questions from various sections (depending upon the selected course). So, during the preparation period, you need to find out which sections are easier for you to answer and which sections take more time for you to solve. This way you could answer the easier sections at the beginning and transfer the extra time onto the tougher sections. Also, make sure that you are answering the sections accurate enough so that you wouldn't be looking back at them in doubt, which will only be more time-consuming.
Evaluate and Improve Yourself
You need to find as many practice questions, sample papers and mock tests as you can and start incorporating them in your preparation timetable. Periodically solve these things to evaluate yourself. Then accordingly you can change your preparation schedule to include the areas you are struggling with.
