IIITH PGEE counselling 2023 schedule will be released by the conducting body on the official website. Shortlisted candidates will have to take part in the IITH PGEE 2023 counselling process. Once the qualified candidates are allotted seats in an institution, the candidates must report to the institute on the specified date and time with the necessary documents and certificates for the verification process. Candidates are required to pay the admission fee and complete the admission formalities after getting selected for the interview.

IIITH PGEE 2023 Counselling Procedure
There are two rounds of the counselling will be held, Round 1 and Round 2:
Round 1
- Selection: In the first round of counselling, the candidates will be selected on the basis of rank obtained in IIITH PGEE 2023.
- Documents Verification: Only after the verification of all the mandatory certificates and documents is done, the applicants will be allowed to select the desired stream on the basis of Merit.
Round 2
- Non-allotted Seats: In the second round of counselling, if there are any non-allotted seats left the IIITH PGEE 2023 board will select the candidates in the second round of counselling.

- Class X Certificate & Marks Sheet
- Class XII Certificate and Marks Sheet
- Degree/Qualifying Exam Certificate and Marks Sheets for all semesters.
- GATE Score Card if applicable
- Category Certificate if applicable
- Conduct Certificate from the Principal /Head of the Institute last studied
