BUMAT eligibility criteria 2023 have to be satisfied by the candidates in order to apply for the exam. Bharati Vidyapeeth University has set certain criteria by which the students are supposed to be eligible for the BUMAT 2023 exam. Some of the general criteria for all the exams are age, category, nationality, qualification, etc. The ranges of these criteria change from one exam to another, depending on the exam's objective.

To prove the candidate's eligibility, they have to submit documents to show they have all the rights to write the exam as they are eligible. The eligible candidates can fill out the application form and prepare for the exam by going through the BUMAT syllabus.

Age There is No Age Limit to apply for BUMAT 2023.
Qualification The candidate must have passed classes 10+2 from any of the recognized boards of Education.
Aggregate The candidate must have passed with a minimum of 45% marks (General) and 40% marks (SC/ ST)

Detailed BUMAT Eligibility Criteria 2023

The key elements of BUMAT 2023 eligibility criteria are below.

  • Qualification: The candidate must have passed the classes 10+2 examination from any recognized board to satisfy the academic criteria for BUMAT 2023.
  • Aggregate: General category candidates should have at least 45% aggregate marks, whereas reserved category candidates need to get at least 40% aggregate marks to satisfy the BUMAT eligibility criteria 2023.
  • Citizenship: The candidate should be an Indian citizen to write BUMAT 2023.

Note

The candidates who have appeared at the qualifying examinations are also eligible to apply for BUMAT 2023, ensuring that they complete their examination, including practical examinations, and viva/assignments on or before the day of admission to the institute of their choice. Such candidates will have to produce a marks statement at admission.

All such candidates will be provisionally admitted until the other necessary certificates in original are submitted to the institute. The last date to submit all the certificates (except the statement of marks) in the original is Sep 2023. If certificates are not submitted by the said date or the BUMAT 2023 eligibility is not granted, the admission will automatically cancel.
