AUCET Counselling 2023: Dates, Registration, Seat Allotment

 AUCET 2023 counselling dates will be announced by Andhra University on its official website. Candidates should download their scorecard as it will be required during the counselling process. Candidates who have cleared the cut off must register for the counselling process. The counselling will be web-based.

AUCET 2023 Counselling Dates

The AUCET counselling dates 2023 will be announced soon after the results are declared on the website. The candidates eligible for the counselling process must get their documents ready for document verification. The candidates must provide valid documents and pay the admission fee on time to gain admission to the college. It is advised the candidates regularly check the Andhra University website for updates. AUCET 2023 Counselling Procedure

Once the result is declared on the official websites, candidates must download their scorecards as it will be required during the counselling process. After the declarations on the AUCET counselling dates the candidates must register themselves online for the counselling. 

The candidates who have successfully registered themselves will have to upload the documents for verification. The counselling process for AUCET 2023 will be online.

The candidates seeking admission under special categories like NSS/ NCC/ PH/ Sports/ CAP must go for physical document verification by the concerned officers/ doctors as per the schedule. The candidates should select the course of study for the AUCET web counselling 2023 through web options. 

The eligible candidates for the counselling will be called for the counselling.

AUCET 2023 Counselling Registration

The candidates who have scored equal to or more than the cut off percentage will be eligible for the AUCET counselling registration 2023. The candidates must download their AUCET 2023 rank card for registration. Candidates must keep the below points in mind while filling the AUCET registration form. The AUCET counselling registration 2023 will be done online.

• Step 1: Visit the official website.
• Step 2: Login to register.
• Step 3: Fill in the details like candidates’ name, roll number, rank obtained, and marks obtained, etc in the registration form.
• Step 4: Click on the 'Submit' button.
• Step 5: Pay the counselling registration fee.

AUCET Counselling Fee

The candidates must pay the AUCET 2023 counselling registration fee to proceed with the counselling process. The counselling registration fee can be paid either online or through challan. Find below the counselling fee category-wise.

AUCET 2023 Seat Cancellation

If not satisfied with their seats, the candidates can choose not to take admission into the allotted college. However, there are certain conditions to change/ cancel the seats given to the candidates. Find below the requirements set by the authorities.

• If the candidates cancel their seats before completing the first phase seat allotment process, then 90% of fees paid for the course will be refunded to them.
• If the candidates cancel their seats before completing the second phase seat allotment process, then 80% of the fees paid for the course will be refunded.
• If the candidates cancel their seats after the second phase seat allotment process, they will not get any refund.
• If a candidate opts for the seat cancellation procedure before the first phase of the seat allotment process concludes, then they will be refunded 90% of the paid course fee.
• If a candidate opts for the seat cancellation procedure before the second phase of the seat allotment process concludes, then they will be refunded 80% of the paid course fee.
• No refund will be given to those candidates who choose to cancel their allocated seats after the second counselling phase.
