Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya was established in 1964 in Indore as a State University. The university was initially known as the University of Indore. Our classes start from 9 in the morning and 2 classes in Management. Then we have lunch, and then we have two more accounting and international business classes.

My course fee is around 2lakh per year; there have been quite a few scholarship programs for minority people; around 2k-5k got scholarships.

No. Other than Farewell and Fresher's, the regular festivals are celebrated by the department. The university organises various events and functions. It is possible to socialize extensively.

College Infrastructure

The university had its hostel. I don't know the fee. The area has various PG and personal hostels. There is a canteen in the campus and a basic meal will cost around 70-80. Classrooms are a little small, labs are good but the equipment needs improvement. Library needs to be updated. Good WiFi.

Legal aid clinic is available handled by the students. Class representatives are also selected every year from all batches. Legal fests are organized Along with cultural fests and youth fests. Sports events every year takes place. Annual fest of a week is also celebrated. In general college life is pretty disciplined and full of exposure. You get to meet famous personalities from law field and you get to know about their success and if you are good at intellectual and debating character they hire you as their intern, which may result in future associate.

College Infrastructure

20-25 hostels (local) and two to three hostels of the university are there. PGs are available with a rent anywhere between 5,000 INR - 15,000 INR based on preferences. Sharing is allowed. College does not serve food. There is a canteen in university campus which offers a variety of food at basic cost. Classrooms are clean. And with good ventilation. With huge parking space outside the college for two and four wheelers
