• Step 1: The first step to allocating seats is registering for the BCECE counselling process. Students must log in to the official BCECE portal using their credentials such as Name, DOB, Roll Number, etc. 
• Step 2: This is followed by BCECE choice-filling, which involves students picking colleges of their preferences. The choice-filling will affect the BCECE counselling seat allotment result. A fee of Rs. 1200 will be submitted to formalise the admission.
• Step 3: Once done, BCECE allots students the provisional seat. This BCECE counselling 2025 seat allotment is based on various factors. A letter stating the status and counselling locations for BCECE seat allotment 2025 shall be sent to qualified students.

Note: If students want to be upgraded after the first round of seat allotment, they must reject their allocation and wait for the BCECE 2nd round seat allotment. If their preferred college is not chosen, they must move to the BCECE 3rd round seat allotment. This round is final, and students must adhere to the rules set for final seat allotment.

Important Guidelines for BCECE Seat Allotment 2025

The BCECE Seat Allotment 2025 is crucial to gaining admission into the desired college. BCECE Agriculture seat allotment 2025 usually consists of 3 rounds unless changed by the Board. Before the seat is assigned, candidates may also go through an interview round. 

Students must review the following guidelines to get a hassle-free experience:

• The Bihar State Government and BCECE Board reserves the right to add or remove any college from the participating institutes list. They may also allot seats to students outside of Bihar in some cases. 
• Students will be mailed the temporary allotment letter before the final reporting. 
• BCECE Agriculture seat allotment 2025 is divided into 2 halves. 50% of the seats are filled through PCM and PCB merit lists, while 50% are filled through CBA, PCA, MBA and MCA streams.
• 5% of the total BCECE 2025 seat allotment is for candidates whose parents have an annual income of Rs. 4.5 Lacs or less.
• Students can either accept moving to the next round of BCECE seat allotment or say "no" to it. It depends on whether they were allotted their college of choice.
• Students who answer "yes" on the BCECE portal will be moved to the BCECE 2nd round seat allotment. If they answer "no" on the portal, they shall be asked to report to the college with their.
• Students must bring all the documents mentioned above to the final college reporting, including the temporary allotment letter.
