HP Udaan Scholarship

HP Udaan scholarship is a great initiative by HP, India, for students studying in class X and other undergraduate programs. Applicants who cannot fund their education are given the necessary financial support. Over 1300 applicants from all over India benefit under this income-based scholarship 2023 scheme. Rewards upto INR 30,000 per annum are granted, including a 50% reservation for girls.

Credit Suisse Scholarship Program

The Credit Suisse scholarship is launched by the Credit Suisse Investment Banking Company, whose principal purpose is to financially assist students pursuing BE or MBA degrees in eligible institutions of Mumbai and Pune. The selected candidates will receive up to INR 2,00,000 rewards or an 80% rebate on their total fee. As a result, numerous bright-minded students across the country have availed of the benefits provided by the scholarship program.

DXC Progressing Minds Scholarship

The DXC progressing minds scholarship is an income-based scholarship introduced by DXC Technology India. It is made available to the students pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, and Communication or Electrical Engineering. The selected candidates can expect up to 50% coverage of the combined course fees or INR 40,000 per annum (whichever is lesser).

FIHFC Scholarship

The FIHFC scholarship was started by Fullerton India Home Finance Company Ltd. (FIHFCL). The income-based scholarship scheme's main purpose is to encourage and financially support exceptionally brilliant students of classes 10th to 12th who have low socio-economic backgrounds. The primary objective of the FIHFC scholarship is to provide extended support to the underprivileged students studying in Uttarakhand, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Surat, and Lucknow. Rewards upto INR 10,000 are granted to the deserving students whose family income is not greater than INR 4,00,000 from all sources.

TS ePASS Pre-Matric Scholarship (Telangana ePASS)

The TS ePass pre-matric scholarship incorporated under the income-based scholarship is offered by the state government of Telangana for the meritorious students studying in classes 9 and 10 belonging to SC/ST, BC, disabled, EBC, PwD, and other minority categories. The parental income of the eligible scholars should not exceed INR 2,00,000. The basic aim of this scheme is to reduce dropouts of bright students because of financial problems. A maximum scholarship amount of upto INR 20,00,000 will be distributed among selected applicants.

Vidyadhan Scholarship

The Vidyadhan scholarship program was launched by the Sarojini Damodaran Foundation, under which class 10th passed academically exceptional students from economically backward families are selected through competitive tests and interviews. The suitable applicants who satisfy the eligibility criteria will be working for a two-year scholarship program conducted by the Sarojini Damodaran Foundation. The reward amount assigned for this income-based scholarship varies from INR 10,000 to INR 60,000 per year depending on various factors like state, course opted, duration of the course, etc.

NSP Pre Matric Scholarships Scheme for Minorities

The Ministry of Minority Affairs conducts the NSP pre-matric scholarship program for minorities 2021-22, for 1st to 10th standard students of minority communities. The primary aim of this scholarship is to provide financial cooperation to the impoverished candidates of minority communities who are unable to proceed with their higher education because of excessive fees. The annual family income of the students must not surpass INR 1,00,000 per annum from all sources as per the income-based scholarship eligibility criteria. Variable rewards are sanctioned to the eligible fellows under this scheme.

G P Birla Educational Foundation Scholarship

The G P Birla Foundation scholarship was introduced by G P Birla educational trust. Under this income-based scholarship scheme, around 100 students of West Bengal are selected and granted INR 50,000 per year as a scholarship reward. This scholarship aims to promote students of economically backward sections of society and nurture them to become future leaders.

ONGC Scholarship

The ONGC scholarship is a scholarship program initiated by the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC). This income-based scholarship is proposed to the students belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC and general categories in the first year of MBBS, Engineering, MBA, or Masters in Geophysics/Geology subject. Around 2,000 meritorious students are selected for this scholarship and rewarded up to INR 48,000 as the income-based scholarship.

Dr. Ambedkar Scholarship

Dr. Ambedkar scholarship is an advantageous scheme put forth by the Punjab government for the bright and deserving students belonging to SC (Scheduled Castes) and BC (Backward Classes). The principal purpose is to provide financial aid to promote the students from weaker sections of society for higher studies. Rewards are likely INR 1,200 per month, and some other benefits are disbursed under this income-based scholarship scheme.
