DXC progressing minds scholarship is exclusively offered to candidates pursuing an undergraduate engineering degree in information technology or related fields. The DXC Technology India has launched the DXC progressing minds scholarship for students studying in the first year of Bachelor of Engineering {BE} or Bachelor of Technology {BTech} in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), Electronics and Communication (EC), or Electrical Engineering (EE) streams. 

The organisation will offer 50% of the total course fee or INR 40,000 per annum (whichever is lesser) to the selected candidates. The last date to apply for the DXC progressing minds scholarship will be updated soon.

Note: DXC Progressing Minds Scholarship application for 2023 still needs to be updated. However, the expected date for 2023 will be declared soon.

Eligibility Criteria of DXC Progressing Minds Scholarship 

The students with Indian nationalities belonging to any caste, creed or gender can apply to the DXC progressing minds scholarship. They should be in the first year of BE or a BTech degree and should be studying in an institution recognised by the Indian government. The children of the Buddy4study employees are not eligible to apply for the DXC progressing minds scholarship. The eligibility criteria are as follows: 

  • The students should be Indian
  • They should be in the first year of BE/ BTech
  • The students should belong to the academic year 2023-24.
  • The candidates should be pursuing the bachelor's degree in one of the following streams:
    • Information Technology
    • Computer Science
    • Electronics and communication
    • Electrical engineering
  • The family income should not exceed INR 4,00,000 per annum from all sources.
  • The applicants should have secured a minimum of 60% marks in the previous qualifying examination.
  • They should not be receiving any scholarship of more than INR 6,000 per annum. 

Rewards of DXC Progressing Minds Scholarship 

Students irrespective of their gender, caste, religion and social beliefs can benefit from the DXC progressing minds scholarship. The objective is to motivate students from underprivileged communities to obtain an undergraduate degree in IT or any related stream. The organisation will cover 50% of the total course fee for the academic year or will grant INR 40,000, whichever is lesser.

Essential Documents for DXC Progressing Minds Scholarship

Selection Process of DXC Progressing Minds Scholarship 

The management will select the candidates based on their financial condition and academic merit. The selection process involves various stages, and they are: 

  • The panel will first evaluate the applications and shortlist the candidates based on their marks and financial need.
  • The shortlisted candidates will have a telephonic interview.
  • The management will prepare a final list based on the telephonic interview.
