MAH MBA CET Counselling 2025 (Ongoing): MBA CAP Round 1 & 2 Merit List (Out), Dates & Top Colleges

You're now in the middle of the MAH CET counselling 2025 process. The Maharashtra State CET Cell has released the provisional MAH MBA CET merit list 2025 for both Maharashtra and All India categories for Round 2. Seat allotment under MAH MBA CAP 2025 Round 1 is over, and the provisional seat allotment list for CAP Round 2 has been released. 

You can access the provisional merit list in PDF format in the sections below. The MAH MBA CAP Round 2 has started. The reporting to the allotted Institute and seat acceptance was done from Aug 12-14, 2025. While the display of Provisional Vacant Seats for CAP Round III was done from Aug 16-18, 2025.

The spot admission for the vacant seats will be carried out in the second week of Sep 2025. 

The counselling for Round 1 is over and the merit list was originally scheduled for release on July 18, however, it was released on July 19, 2025. The DV and confirmation of the application form was done from June 30- July 12, 2025. The exam was held on Apr 1, 2, and 3, 2025.

If you registered for MAH CET CAP 2025, you’ll know the process began on June 28. Although the initial deadline was July 8, the CET Cell extended the last date to July 11—and once more to July 14, 2025. During registration, you needed to fill out an online form and choose your preferred colleges for seat allotment.

• The admission and seat allotment process for MAH MBA CET 2025 is conducted through the Centralized Admission Process.
• You are required to submit the online application forms at designated centres on pre-notified dates.
• You can fill in your  choice of Institutes and Courses in decreasing order of their preference.

Rounds in CAP

• Direct Allotment: Seat allotments for Home University seats and State-level seats for other university candidates will come under CAP.
• Stage-I and Stage II shall be used for CAP Round I. There are seven stages in this round.
• MAH MBA CET Counselling 2025 Round-III: The ones belonging to Maharashtra will be eligible for admission whose name has appeared in the Maharashtra State Merit list.

MAH MBA CET CAP Round 1

• The ones who have obtained first-choice allotment will not be considered eligible to appear for further rounds of CA.
• You are advised to confirm your admission at your allotted institutes respectively.
• The ones who have obtained an allotment other than your first option but are satisfied with the allotment of CAP round I and are not willing to participate in the next rounds can also confirm your admission at allotted institutions.
• All the seats that are filled in CAP round I will no longer be available for subsequent rounds.

MAH MBA CET CAP Round 2

• The ones who have obtained allotment for any one of the first seven options will not be considered eligible to appear for the next rounds of CAP, and your names will be deleted from subsequent lists.
• You should confirm your admission at your allotted institutes.
• The rest of you who have obtained an allotment other than your first Seven options but are satisfied with the allotment of CAP round II and are not willing to participate in subsequent rounds can also confirm their admission.
• All the filled seats (who have confirmed admission) in CAP round II will no longer be available for subsequent rounds.

MAH MBA CET CAP Round 3

• The ones who belong to the OMS (Outside Maharashtra State) category are not eligible to participate in CAP Round III.
• The vacant seats after CAP rounds I & II and are within the control of competent authority will be available for Round III.
• All the seats that fall under the category of OMS seats and those under Backward, PH, HU, OHU, etc. will be a part of State Level General seats.
• Within the specified duration, you must report to the college and confirm the seat allotted to them.

Eligibility to Participate in MAH MBA CET Counselling 2025

You must keep in mind the following eligibility criteria before appearing for the MAH MBA CET 2025 Counselling.

• For Maharashtra State Candidates: You must have a graduation degree (any stream) with at least 50% of marks in aggregate from a university recognized by UGC. They must have a valid MAH MBA CET Score.
• For Kashmiri Migrants: You should be a citizen of India. You must have a graduation degree with at least 50% of the marks. The university should be recognized by UGC. You should have qualified in any of the following entrance exams such as MAH CET 2025, GMAT, CAT, MAT, XAT, and CMAT.
• For NRI and Foreign Nationals: You must graduate with a minimum of 50 per cent marks from a recognized university.

MAH CET MBA Counselling Fee 2025

MAH CET Counselling Seat Reservation
