MAH MBA CET Eligibility Criteria

• You must have a bachelor's degree in any field from a recognised university with an aggregate of at least 50% (at least 45 per cent for reserved category candidates).
• The ones in your final year of college or awaiting the results of your bachelor's degree are also eligible to apply. However, your two-year average score should meet the minimal scoring criteria.
• The ones who take the CAT/GMAT/CMAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA exam are deemed eligible for admission to the All India Seats category. Such of you, merely need to fill out the online application form for MAH CET Counselling. You do not have to take the entrance exam.

MAH MBA CET Registration (Closed)

The commission extended the application form window based on the demand of the applicants. You were able to apply for the MAH MBA CE 2025 Exam until Feb 25, 2025. The application process and the fee remain the same. However, you can fill out the application form on Feb 10, 2025, by 9:00 PM only. While the application fee could be paid until 11:50 PM on the same day.

MAH MBA CET Application Form

MAH MBA CET registration and application process 2025 is closed. You must submit the application form on the MAHACET website by Feb 25, 2025.

You can visit the official website and fill out the forms to register for the exam. You are advised to go through the mentioned points to complete your application form. You can make necessary corrections in the MAH MBA CET 2025 application form after the completion of the registration process.

• Uploading Documents: You must upload your photographs and signatures during registration. The photo size should be between 200kb to 50kb. The signature size should be between 10kb to 20kb.
• Registration Fee: You must pay the registration fee to confirm your registration for the exam. The fee is different for different categories. The fee details are outlined below.
  • Open Category candidates from Maharashtra, Outside Maharashtra State (OMS), and J & K migrants must pay INR 1000.
  • Candidates belonging to Backward Class Categories [SC, ST, VJ/DT- NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), OBC, SBC] and differently-abled candidates belonging to Maharashtra State have to pay INR 800.
  • Candidates who are of Foreign nationality or persons of Indian Origin living in a foreign have to pay INR 5000.
• Payment Mode: You can pay the registration fee through Debit Cards (RuPay/ Visa/ Master Card/ Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, and Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets only.

How to Prepare for MAH MBA CET?

If you are preparing for MAH MBA CET or any other entrance exam for that matter you need to possess the three most important characteristics. They are determination, patience, and perseverance. Now follow the tips given below to prepare well for the exam.

1. Create a Custom Timetable- At the primary stage of your preparation, you should be creating a good timetable that you can follow throughout your preparation for MAH MBA CET. The timetable helps you to strategize even the little bit of time you may have. Include time for solving sample papers and then for revision of completed topics. Stick to that timetable till the exam is completed.

2. Speed and Accuracy Matters- You should be answering the questions at a very quick pace because on average you should be answering one question per minute. The questions in the MAH MBA CET exam paper will be relatively easier to answer but the challenge lies in getting through all of those questions within that given period. MAH MBA CET Exam Centres

The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) is conducting the exam online mode and has provided the list of MAH MBA CET Test Centres both in the state of Maharashtra and outside of Maharashtra. You are not allowed to take any electronic gadgets or calculators. You should carry admit cards and personal government IDs for verification.

It is advised that you arrive at the exam centre 30 minutes before the given time. If you enter the exam centre 30 minutes after the commencement of the exam, then you will not be allowed to write or even enter the examination hall.

• Conducting Places: The MAH MBA CET is conducted only in the selected cities.
• No. of Centres: The exam is conducted in 36 centres inside Maharashtra and 13 centres outside Maharashtra State.
• Preference: A ones appearing for CET shall give your preference for the centre, however, the Competent Authority reserves the right to allocate the centre and venue.

Maharashtra CET has released the MAH MBA CET admit card 2025 online through its official website. The admit card is required to be downloaded via login. Below is a brief overview of the MAH CET admit card download process:

MAH MBA CET Counselling

The State Common Entrance Test Cell conducts the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) for MAH MBA CET admission. All MBA CET qualifiers can take part in the CAP rounds for MBA/MMS seat allocation. Students from outside Maharashtra must have valid CAT/GMAT/CMAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA scores to be eligible to apply for admission to Maharashtra management institutes through MAH MBA CET counselling.

MBA CET CAP registration is done online. You must register for the MBA CET CAP on the Maharashtra CET website before the deadline. You should be aware of the following important details about MAH MBA CET counselling.

On the day of MAH MBA CET 2025 counselling, you have to go to the nearest centre at a given time with all the necessary documents to verify these documents. The counselling fee is INR 1000, which the candidates must pay when applying.

You will be asked to carry all the documents that will have to be submitted during the application process, and along with them, you also have to submit payslips, admit cards, and printouts of the results. At the end of the MAH MBA CET counselling 2025, the colleges are assigned to you based on your merit list.

Only the ones who will clear the MAH MBA CET 2025 exam will be allowed to participate in the counselling process.

In India, 325 MAH MBA CET 2024 participating institutes accept exam scores in the private sector, with 20 government MBA colleges.

MAH MBA CET General Instructions

Some general instructions regarding the MAH MBA CET exam are given below.

• The decision of the State CET Cell in all matters relating to the conduction of CET will be final and binding on the candidate. No correspondence or personal inquiries shall be entertained by the State CET Cell on this behalf.
• The hall ticket should be brought with you to the examination venue along with your recent passport-size photograph duly pasted on it. (Preferably the same photograph as uploaded).
• No use of calculators (separate or with a watch), books, notebooks or written notes, cell phones (with or without a camera facility), or any other electronic device will be allowed during the examination.
• Your responses (answers) will be analyzed with other candidates to detect patterns of similarity between right and wrong answers. If in the analytical procedure adopted in this regard, it is inferred/concluded that the responses have been shared and scores obtained are not genuine/valid, your candidature may be cancelled.
• You should bring with you a ballpoint pen. A sheet of paper will be provided which can be used for rough work or taking down the question number you would like to review at the end of the test before submitting your answers.
• Anyone found to be disclosing, publishing, reproducing, transmitting, storing, or facilitating transmission and storage of test contents in any form or any information therein in whole or part or by any means verbal or written, electronic or mechanical, or taking away the papers supplied in the examination hall or found to be in unauthorized possession of test content is likely to be prosecuted.
• Instances of providing incorrect information and/or process violation by a candidate detected at any stage of the admission, the process will lead to disqualification of the candidate from the admission.
• Persons with Disabilities (PWD) should contact the test centre administrator of the test venue at least 30 minutes before the time of examination for assistance in seating if needed.
