Gujarat PGCET 2023 application form is made available on the official website of ACPC for ME and M.Tech programs on Jun 28, 2023. Candidates can register for the Gujarat PGCET exam till Jul 7, 2023. Candidates need to fill up the application form correctly as no request for changes will be entertained at later stages of admission. Candidates will have to provide the Gujarat PGCET 2023 application form login details to begin the registration process.

How to fill Application Form of Gujarat PGCET 2023?

Application Form of Gujarat PGCET 2023 involves different steps, and the stepwise process of filling up of Application Form is notified as below:

Step 1: New Candidate Registration

• Go to the official webiste
• Click on 'New candidate registration
• Provide name as per the qualifying examination certificate
• Choose ISD Code: for India (India (91)
• Enter mobile number
• Provide a valid e-mail address
• Create your user ID. In case the User ID is not available, the portal will display a message.
• You need to choose an alternate user ID immediately. This process is similar to ID creation during the generation of e-mail.
• Review the submitted details carefully. Press the 'edit' button to make changes or press the 'submit' button to submit the details. 
• An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number. Enter the OTP in the provided space.
• Candidates will receive an SMS confirmation for the successful creation of the user profile.

Step 2: Profile Creation for registered Candidate (after successful creation of User ID) 

• Log in using the User ID and password
• Enter details as required
• Provide sub-category details. Sub-category details are as follows.

1. • Physically Handicapped: Yes/No (The Candidate needs to have more than 45% of the Physical Disability certificate issued by the Civil Surgeon and the same needs to be uploaded in the document uploading section.)
   • In-Servicemen / Ex-Servicemen: Yes/No
   • (The Candidate needs to upload the serving certificate of the father/mother who is serving in defence services for in serviceman. The candidate needs to upload the certificate of father/mother issued by the District Sainik Welfare board for ex-servicemen.)
   • Tuition Fee Waiver: Yes/No
   • (The candidate who is willing to avail benefits of the TFW scheme should have a family income of less than 8 Lakh. The candidate needs to upload the valid income certificate issued by
   • Government as mentioned in document uploading section.)

• Provide other information such as the annual family income
• Upload documents as required

Step 3: After successful creation of a profile for registered Candidate (Application for individual programs)

• After the successful creation of a common profile by the candidate, the candidates will be offered various courses with a tentative schedule for the concerned course. The candidates have to apply for the course, for which they are eligible and intend to seek admission.
• Provide academic details along with relevant documents
• Application form fee payment is to be done at this stage. The payment can be done by Net banking/Credit Card or any mode of UPI.
