SLAT Syllabus 2024: Syllabus and Weightage PDF Download

SLAT syllabus 2024 mainly focuses on law-related and logic-related subjects. Symbiosis International University (SIU) specifies the subjects and weightage for each subject from which questions in SLAT 2024 will be asked.

SIU does not provide comprehensive subjects for each subject of the SLAT, the law entrance exam. SLAT 2024 syllabus includes five major topics: Logical Reasoning, Legal Reasoning, Analytical Reasoning, Reading Comprehension, and General Knowledge.

As far as law students are concerned, the most important thing they should possess is reasoning ability—the ability to see from every perspective of a situation. The students are mainly evaluated based on their knowledge of judicial law and critical thinking.

SLAT 2024 Syllabus for Legal Reasoning

In this SLAT section, they relate a situation that may or may not directly relate to real-life scenarios. The candidate will have to think legally and solve the case. The conditions may differ, and there is no specific syllabus for this SLAT section, and the students will have to translate as many questions of Legal reasoning as they can.

SLAT 2024 Preparation Tips

The SLAT 2024 is comparatively a hard entrance test with a vast syllabus and unknown concepts. The Candidate is advised to learn efficiently with an efficient plan. The participants must have excellent knowledge and aptitude to crack the SLAT 2024. A few steps to ace SLAT are given below:

Thorough knowledge of the syllabus

The candidates must know the syllabus they have to study and gather their materials from credible sources. The Candidate must draw out a foolproof plan and stick to it. The unknown or new concept must be learned in the initial stages of studying and avoid learning new things during revision.

Time management

The candidates must know how to manage their time as the SLAT has minimal time to complete the test. Solving previous year's question papers is a great way to understand the weaker points and manage time. The participants must keep a performance tracker and constantly improve their aptitude.

Health

The Candidate must sleep, eat and drink at the proper time and must not skip any meal. The student's health plays a significant role in the examination, and they should not ignore it.

The SLAT law syllabus consists of 5 subjects that are very closely related to the syllabus of the law courses.
