AIBE XX 2025 exam is expected to be held in the fourth week of Dec 2025, from 10 AM to 1 PM. Candidates must submit the application form before the deadline to acquire the AIBE 20 admit card 2025. AIBE 20 will be administered in 11 regional languages, including English. AIBE XX (20) 2025 will be held in offline, pen-and-paper mode across the country.

According to the amended AIBE 2025 eligibility criteria, candidates in their last year of LLB/BA LLB studies would be eligible to take AIBE 2025. Until now, only law graduates were eligible to take the AIBE exam. The last date for AIBE XX (20) 2025 online registration is expected to be in the third week of Nov 2025.

AIBE 20 (XX) 2025 is open to all candidates who are in their final semester of a 3-year or 5-year integrated LLB degree program and do not have an enrollment certificate, according to the notification. AIBE 20 (XX) syllabus 2025 has been revised by BCI. As per the latest notification, the BCI has added a new AIBE 2025 exam centre, Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh.

The AIBE XX (20) admit card 2025 will be released by the Bar Council of India (BCI) in the third week of Dec 2025. Candidates appearing for the AIBE exam must download their AIBE admit card 2025 by entering their e-mail or phone number and password.

AIBE XIX 2025 Certificate of Practice has been issued for all State Bar Councils, candidates should note that to practice in a court of law it is mandatory to have Certificate of Practice (COP).

About AIBE Exam

The full form of the AIBE Exam is the All India Bar Examination (AIBE), also known as the All India Bar Council Exam. AIBE national-level entrance examination is conducted to assess an advocate's capability to practice law in India. The Bar Council of India (BCI) has the authority to conduct the All India Bar Examination (AIBE).

AIBE Exam Information

The exam will be conducted in 11 languages, and candidates can select any one language according to their preference. The candidates who clear AIBE XX (20) 2025 will be awarded the Certificate of Practice. AIBE XX (20) 2025 will be a pen-and-paper-based test and consist of 100 questions. AIBE XX Eligibility Criteria

Candidates are advised to go through the eligibility criteria thoroughly to avoid discrepancies at a later stage. The eligibility criteria for AIBE XX (20) 2025 are mentioned below.

Qualifying exam Candidates who have passed or are in the final year of a three-year LLB or five-year LLB degree are eligible to appear for the AIBE exam. Therefore, the academic qualifying exam for AIBE candidates is a 3-year LLB degree or a 5-year integrated LLB degree.
Minimum marks in the qualifying exam The BCI mentions no minimum marks are required for appearing in the AIBE exam. However, a candidate must secure a minimum percentage of grades in their law degree as prescribed by universities for further education. 
Age limit for the AIBE exam There is no upper or lower age limit for appearing in the All India Bar Examination. 
State Bar Council Registration/Enrollment  A candidate who has not registered with their State Bar Council as an Advocate can apply. The State Bar Council enrollment is no longer mandatory for AIBE eligibility.

Only Indian citizens who have obtained their law degrees in India can apply for the AIBE XX (20) 2025 exam.
