AP POLYCET Counselling 2024 Procedure

AP POLYCET 2024 seat allotment result will be conducted after the results are declared. The Private and Non-Private institutions comes under AP POLYCET counselling 2024 colleges list. Step 1: AP POLYCET 2024 Document Verification

After the release of the results, shortlisted applicants must follow the first step of the counselling process to verify the supporting documents before registering. Candidates must visit the counselling helpline centres with photocopies and originals of their documents.

• Upon verification, candidates are given the “Receipt of certificates” which will allow them to register online for the counselling session.

Step 4: Seat Allocation for AP POLYCET 2024 Counselling

The seats are allocated based on the merit list, individual marks, Seats available in each participating college and choices of the candidates. This is done through a computerized system wherein all the factors are taken into consideration and the most appropriate match will be made as to AP POLYCET counselling 2024 results. Step 6: Reporting to College/Institution

Candidates who have received their allotment letter must visit the assigned college to report to the admissions council of the same. Those who fail to do so within the stipulated time period will be forfeited the allotment. Candidates will not be allowed to sit for further allotment processes. AP POLYCET Second Counselling Round 2024

AP POLYCET 2nd web counselling date 2024 will be released by the official body. The counselling will be based on the rank system attained by all candidates. The first phase of counselling includes verification and selection of choices. The second phase of counselling includes candidates who have secured a rank or the shortlisted candidates. A particular set of candidates who have secured the set rank will be called for counselling and preferences will be based on the merit list.

AP POLYCET Spot Counselling Round

The counselling council may conduct a spot counselling session if there are vacant seats remaining after the seat allotment process.
