AP POLYCET Choice Filling Schedule - Round 1

After verifying their documents, candidates can select their preferred courses and colleges. The seat allotment will be announced on July 03, 2025. Those who are assigned seats would have to pay INR 4,700 in tuition fees for government and government-aided polytechnics, and INR 25,000 per year for private unaided polytechnics and second-shift engineering institutions.

AP POLYCET Counselling 2025 Procedure

SBTET in Andhra Pradesh has released the AP POLYCET 2025 counselling schedule online. As per the schedule, the web options entry for ranks 1 to 50,000 is being conducted from Jun 30 to Jul 01, 2025. You can fill in your choice of college and course during this process, in order of preference.

Step 1: AP POLYCET 2025 Document Verification

After the release of the results, shortlisted applicants must follow the first step of the counselling process to verify the supporting documents before registering. Candidates must visit the counselling helpline centres with photocopies and originals of their documents.

• Upon verification, candidates are given the “Receipt of certificates” which will allow them to register online for the counselling session.
• This is to be done offline. Candidates who have received a rank on the merit list must physically report to the assigned AP POLYCET counselling 2025 helpline centres for verification.

Step 4: Seat Allocation for AP POLYCET 2025 Counselling

The seats are allocated based on the merit list, individual marks, Seats available in each participating college and choices of the candidates. This is done through a computerized system wherein all the factors are taken into consideration, and the most appropriate match will be made as to AP POLYCET counselling 2025 results. Candidates will receive their seat allotment letter which is needed to report to their respective colleges.

AP POLYCET Second Counselling Round 2025

AP POLYCET 2nd web counselling date 2025 will be released by the official body. The counselling will be based on the rank system attained by all candidates.
