How To Complete AP POLYCET Web Options 2023?

It is important to know the complete process so that a candidate has thorough knowledge and does not miss out on anything important. Below is a list of the complete process to complete the AP POLYCET web options 2023.

1. Once the AP POLYCET exam’s results are declared, the conducting body, SBTET will make an announcement for the web options both online, on their website and offline, in daily newspapers.
2. The details regarding the venues and counselling dates will be shared on the website- appolycet.nic.in
3. In the counselling schedule lists, the candidates will be able to check their details such as their rank and name and they will be required to reach the venue on the mentioned date and time along with their original certificates and documents for verification.
4. In case of any incorrect personal information on the certificates, the candidates are to inform the verification officer immediately officer.
5. Once the information regarding the availability of the seats, and college codes will be provided by the authority, candidates will start to understand the procedure even more clearly.
6. As per the guidelines shared by the conducting body, candidates need to be prepared for all possible college and course combinations which are known as “Options”
7. After logging in to their official website, the candidates will have to log in through a generated password, candidates are advised to enter as many numbers of options as possible if they want to join, this will prevent the candidates from any disappointment.
8. After finalising the college preference options, the candidate may take a printout of the same for the same.
9. Candidates are required to download the allotment order for the record.
10. Note that it is vital to attend the counselling, if left attended, the action cannot be undone as the candidate will lose the opportunity to get the seat.
11. Keep in mind that a call for counselling does not guarantee any seats, it all depends on the number of candidates shortlisted for that counselling session, the number of seats and the rank of the candidates.
12. The verification officer holds the right to reject any candidate's application at the time of counselling if they find anything wrong with the documents. Whatever action the convener takes, it will not be reversible.
