VSAT 2023 admit cards will be sent to the candidates' email. The VSAT 2023 admit card will include information regarding the exam's date, time, location, and basic candidate information like name, photo, signature, and the paper for which they are appearing. The admission card must be downloaded and printed out by the candidates.

Steps to Download VSAT 2023 Admit Card

Students who have filled the VSAT application form will be able to download the VSAT admit card one week before the examination. Follow the instructions to download the same. 

• Step 1: Visit the official website of Vignan's University
• Step 2: Click the Admit card link.
• Step 3: The page will lead to the confirmation page of the VSAT 2023 Admit card.
• Step 4: Enter Name and Registration Number for downloading the Admit card
• Step 5: Download and save the Admit card.

Offline Mode for Issue of  VSAT 2023 Admit Card 

The institute also issues the admit card in offline mode. This facility is available for students who have filled the VSAT application form in offline mode. Check the details below.

• Vignan's University will dispatch the Admit card for VSAT 2023.
• The Aspirants will receive the Admit card for VSAT 2023 via post/courier.
• The Aspirants then have to preserve the Admit card for VSAT 2023.
• Tampering of the Admit card will lead to disqualification and such candidates will be barred from further exams conducted by the University.
• No duplicate Admit Card will be allowed for VSAT 2023. 
• The Aspirants have to preserve the Admit card until the admission process completes.

VSAT 2023 Admit Card- Important instructions

Candidates appearing for the VSAT examination have to download the VSAT 2023 admit card. The admit card is an important document that you must bring with you to the test center. Read the following information carefully to avoid any confusion on the exam day. 

• The admit card is only given to candidates who have submitted all parts of the admission application on time.
• VSAT 2023 admit card will contain the name, photograph, signature, address of the test centre allotted, and test date & time.
• Admit cards will be sent via courier/speed post to students who have applied via offline mode.

Admit Card Not Received due to Application being incomplete

As mentioned strictly in the admission form guidelines, Vignan’s University will not entertain any requests related to the admit card not being issued due to incomplete applications. Candidates are advised to check twice before submitting the application form to avoid future inconvenience. 

Issue of Duplicate Admit Card

Sometimes the candidate might not receive the admit card due to unidentified errors. In such cases, follow the given instructions. 

• In circumstances where the student has not received the VSAT 2023 admit card 7 days before the scheduled date for VSAT 2023 examination, he/she should report the same immediately to the Dean-Admissions (dean_adm@vignan.ac.in) Ph:+91863-2344777 / 78 Toll-free No. 1800-425-2529.
•  If the admit card is not received even after contacting the Dean- Admissions, and if he/she would have to meet the University Representative one day before the examination at the test centre with a xerox copy of the application form, DD and two attested passport size photographs, identical to the one affixed on the application form for the issue of a Duplicate admit card.
