- Step 4: Pay the application fee and click 'Submit'.
- Step 5: Download the REAP 2024 Application Form.
Printouts of the REAP 2024 Application Form (Hardcopy) must be taken after the final submission of the online application form
- Candidate must take a printout of the application form, which will be generated by the web portal after final submission.
- Hardcopy has to be preserved for later purposes during the REAP 2024 counselling process.
- The hard copy of the application form is not required to be submitted to the REAP office.

- Candidates belonging to the KM category have to have a certificate from the competent authority as a proof of being son/ daughter of the displaced person from Jammu & Kashmir.
- Scanned copy of candidate's photograph and signature for uploading.

The cost of the REAP 2024 application form is INR 400/-. This amount is neither refundable nor transferable or adjustable in the future.

Candidates need to keep the transaction ID with him/ her while filling the application form, because it will be required in future.

Candidates can fill the option and choice section by using email ID, password, and date of birth. They need to pay the advance fee of INR 10,000 online for option and choice filling. In the case of withdrawal, INR, 9,000 will be refunded and INR 1,000 will be deducted.
