REAP 2019 Counseling Process

  • Merit List: Candidates who are listed on the merit list of REAP 2019 will have to participate in counselling round. Counselling of REAP 2019 will be held separately for Rajasthan candidates and outside Rajasthan candidates. 
  • Seat Allotment: Candidate can check seat allotment of REAP 2019 by logging in to the seat allotment portal using their REAP log-in credentials. Candidates who are allotted seats will have to download the REAP 2019 seat allotment letter and report at the allotted institute within the prescribed time.


Counselling Process for Non-Rajasthani Candidates:

  • Check allotment status after login on the REAP 2019 website.

  • Download the allotment letter for REAP 2019.

  • Report to the allotted institute with original documents and one set of self-attested photocopy of all the documents. Candidate will report online through the allotted Institute.

  • The candidate has to deposit all the original documents and balance fee (if any, after deducting the Advance fee of INR 10,000/- deposited with REAP 2019) at the reported Institute failing which his/her admission would be treated as cancelled without any prior notice/ intimation.

  • Aadhaar card for REAP 2019 is mandatory for joining the Reporting Institute.


Counselling Process for Candidates with Rajasthan Domicile:

Stage I:

  • Check I-round allotment status after login on REAP 2019 website

  • Download the allotment letter.

  • Report to the allotted institute with original documents and one set of self-attested photocopy of all the documents. Candidate will report online through the allotted Institute.

  • Aadhaar card is mandatory for joining the Reporting Institute.

  • The candidate has to deposit balance fee (if any, after deducting the Advance fee of Rs 10,000/= deposited with REAP 2019) at the first reported Institute. Please Do not deposit your original document to the first reporting Institute. The reported candidate may give their option for upward movement/ Withdrawal.

Stage II:

  • If the candidate is allotted new/ higher preference, report to the new allotted Institute with original documents and one set of self-attested photocopy of all the documents.

  • The candidate (whether Upgraded in Upward movement or not) has to deposit all the original documents at the last reported Institute failing which his/ her admission would be treated as cancelled without any prior notice/ intimation.

  • The reported candidate may give their option for online withdrawal of admission through last reported Institute.

If the amount is found debited against the previous attempt, the same will be processed at payment gateway and refunded back within 7 to 10 working days. The REAP-2017 is open to any candidate who has passed the Class 12 qualifying examination with having eligibility criteria as per JEE Mains 2017.

Candidates appearing for the Class 12 or equivalent qualifying examination in the year 2017 are also eligible to apply for REAP-2017. Candidates who have not appeared in JEE Mains 2017 can also apply, provided they full fill eligibility criteria of JEE mains 2017.

Private candidates who have passed the Class 12 or equivalent qualifying examination or are appearing for the exam in the year 2017 can apply, provided they have passed the exam in the first attempt.

About Admission in REAP 2017

On what basis a Candidate who has taken REAP 2017 will be admitted to the college?

Admissions will be based on REAP centralized counselling with the prior registration of candidates JEE Main ranks. 

Candidates have to select the option of particular college corresponding to a course offered carefully according to their preferences.

  • Scanned image of candidate's photograph 
  • Scanned image of candidate's signature
  • Marksheet of class X, XI and XII examination
  • Scorecard of JEE Mains  
  • Documents related to domicile and reservation category of Rajasthan
  • e-Mitra Kiosk receipt
  • Caste certificate of Kashmiri Migrants from the competent authority.
