Karnataka DCET 2025 Rank Card

The Karnataka DCET 2025 rank card contains all the details of a candidate participating in the DCET 2025 exam such as the name of the candidate, registration number, roll number, marks achieved, category and many more. Karnataka DCET 2025 Merit List

After the declaration of the result, KEA will prepare a merit list that contains the names of all the candidates who have qualified for the exam. The qualifying and the cut-off marks vary for each category. Candidates scoring the highest marks top the merit list.

Karnataka DCET Tie-Breaking Criteria 2025

Candidates scoring the same marks are given a higher rank based on the tie-breaking criteria. The criteria is fixed by the KEA. Karnataka DCET 2025 tie-breaking norms based on preference are below.

• An inter-se-merit will be calculated based on the secured merit.
• If the tie persists, the older candidate is awarded a higher rank.
• The candidate's marks achieved in the entrance test will be calculated.
• Candidate's marks scored in the 2nd year examination will be considered.
• Candidate's marks scored in the 1st year examination will be considered.
• Age factors for both candidates will also be considered.
• A separate merit list will be prepared for the following colleges:
  • Day Engineering College Courses.
  • Evening Engineering College Courses (Bangalore).
  • Evening Engineering College Courses (Mysore).
