Candidates can check their JEECUP result using their login credentials. JEECUP result 2024 has been released on the official website. The steps to view the UP Polytechnic result are provided below for the candidates.

• Step 1: Candidates must visit the official website of UPBTE or just type in "jeecup.nic.in result 2024" to view their JEECUP Polytechnic result 2024.
• Step 2: Fill in the required information like the roll number and date of birth.
• Step 3: Verify and click on 'Submit'.
• Step 4: JEECUP result 2024 will appear on the screen.

How will the JEECUP Result 2024 be Prepared?

The UP Polytechnic result 2024 is prepared as per the marking scheme set by UPBTE. For every correct answer, 4 marks will be awarded, and 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect response. The provisional JEECUP 2024 answer key shall be released online which shall be subject to objections. JEECUP Polytechnic result 2024 will be prepared according to the answer key and after considering candidate objections.

Normalized Calculation of Marks for Multi-Session Papers

The details related to the calculation of normalized marks for multi-session papers as per which the UP Polytechnic result will be prepared is as follows.

• Some JEECUP papers may be administered in multiple sessions. As a result, a proper normalisation is applied to these papers to account for any differences in the difficulty levels of the question papers across sessions. The normalization is based on the essential premise that "the distribution of applicants' abilities is the same across all sessions in all multi-session papers."
• Because the number of candidates appearing in multi-session papers is enormous and the mechanism for allocating sessions to candidates is random, this assumption is justified. It also assures that the number of applicants given in each session for the same multi-session paper is of the same order of magnitude. The committee arrived at the following formula for computing the normalized marks for the multi-session papers based on the above and taking into account various normalization approaches.

Challenging JEECUP 2024 Result

In case the candidates feel the JEECUP result 2024 for a particular question is incorrect, they have the option of challenging the JEECUP 2024 exam conducting authority by paying INR 100 for every challenge, in case the challenge is correct the amount will be refunded else it will be forfeited.
