AP ECET 2023 Seat Allotment

AP ECET 2023 college wise seat allotment for final phase was released on the official website of APSCHE on Aug 31, 2023. Candidates who are allotted seats must report to their respective Institute between Sep 1 - Sep 4, 2023.

The confirmed ECET counselling dates 2023 for seat allottement are subject to change. If the candidate did not report to the college at the stipulated college, the allotment would be cancelled, and they have no claim for the further allotment of seats.

AP ECET 2023 Web Counselling Procedure

There is a particular procedure that the candidates have to follow while taking up the online web counselling procedure. The details related to the same are discussed below.

• Candidates have to register themselves online for web-based online AP ECET counselling.
• Candidates have to attend the counselling according to their rank; there are different dates based on their rank. 
• Candidates could select their institutions/ universities according to their ranks in the merit list and verify their documents. 
• After verifying the original documents, they have to pay a counselling fee and get a receipt. 
• Candidates are provided with the registration number and password to login on to the website for the web counselling 
• Afterward, candidates must select a college from the list of participating colleges and submit it or freeze it. 
• Candidates will receive the allotment letter via SMS or email on the registered mobile number or email ID, respectively. 
• Candidates with the allotment letter can visit the college to get admissions on the due date and time with their original documents. 

Note: The processing fee for OC/ BC candidates was INR 1200, whereas for SC/ ST candidates the fee was INR 600. On payment of the processing fee, the registration number and login ID number was provided to the candidates.

AP ECET 2023 Admission Procedure

AP ECET 2023 candidate registration for the final phase commenced on Aug 24, 2023. The last date to register and pay the processing fee at ecet-sche.aptonline.in was Aug 26, 2023. The document verification process was done by the exam conducting body from Aug 24, 2023, till Aug 27, 2023. AP ECET web options entry 2023 window is active online from Aug 24, 2023, and was closed on Aug 28, 2023.

• Step 1: Candidates must visit the official website at ecet-sche.aptonline.in.
• Step 2: Find the link for 'AP ECET 2023 Candidate Registration", on the homepage.
• Step 3: Candidates will now have to provide the hall ticket number and date of birth and click Submit.
• Step 4: After logging in, candidates must fill the AP ECET counselling 2023 registration form.
• Step 5: They have to upload the scanned copied of the required documents.

AP ECET 2023 Counselling Eligibility

Qualified candidates for AP ECET 2023 examination are eligible for AP ECET counselling procedure based on the following criteria. 

• Only the candidates who secured 45% for OC and 40% for SC/ ST/ BC aggregate marks in diploma or B.Sc degree examinations are eligible for admission.
• B.Sc Maths candidates are considered for allotment of seats after exhausting all the eligible diploma candidates in the merit list in terms of G.O.Ms. No. 49, Higher Education, EC-II Dept.

Candidates could follow the steps below for online AP ECET 2023 counselling fee payment.

• Step 1: Candidates must visit the official website and click on 'Processing Fee Payment Online tab.
• Step 2: Enter the AP ECET hall ticket number and rank and click on the 'Pay Fee Online' option, which is directed to the payment gateway.
• Step 3: Select any one mode of payment, i.e., net banking/ credit card or debit card and enter the credentials.
• Step 5: Once the payment is successful, click on the 'Print' button and take a printout

AP ECET Counselling 2023: Important Points

Applicants are required to meet certain criteria related to the ECET counselling. Some of the important points related to AP ECET counselling are provided below for the candidates.

• Only candidates who score a minimum of 25%, i.e., 50 marks out of 200, are eligible to appear for the AP ECET 2023 counselling. 
• The admission council will conduct AP ECET counselling in two rounds. If a candidate does not participate in the first round of counselling, they can participate in AP ECET 2nd counselling round.
• Suppose the seats are still left vacant after the two rounds of counselling. In that case, the AP ECET seat allotment 2023 for those seats will be done through an open round of counselling.
