AP ECET counselling #year round 2 schedule has been released by the authorities.The AP ECET seat allotment result for round 2 was released on July 23, 2025, at ecet-sche. aptonline.in. Only those who have qualified for the AP ECET results 2025 were eligible to participate in the counselling process. 

During the AP ECET counselling process 2025, you must register, pay the money, verify your certificates, and choose your courses and colleges in order of preference. AP ECET 2025 seat allotment results can be downloaded by entering yourregistration number, hall ticket number and password.

You will be assigned seats based on your rank, preferences, category, and seat availability. Following AP ECET seat allotment 2025, if you got selected, you must confirm your admission by reporting to your respective institutes, paying the fee, and submitting the necessary documents. If you fail to confirm your allotment by the deadline, your admission will be revoked.

• If you secured 45% for OC and 40% for SC/ ST/ BC aggregate marks in diploma or B.Sc degree is eligible for admission.
• B.Sc Maths candidates are considered for allotment of seats after exhausting all the eligible diploma candidates in the merit list in terms of G.O.Ms. No. 49, Higher Education, EC-II Dept.

• Step 1: You must visit the official website at ecet-sche.aptonline.in.
• Step 2: Find the link for 'AP ECET 2025 Candidate Registration", on the homepage.
• Step 3: You will now have to provide the hall ticket number and date of birth and click Submit.
• Step 4: After logging in, you must fill out the AP ECET counselling 2025 registration form.
• Step 5: They have to upload the scanned copy of the required documents.
• Step 6: You must now pay the counselling fee. This concludes the counselling registration process.

Steps for Payment of AP ECET 2025 Counselling Fees

You could follow the steps below for online AP ECET 2025 counselling fee payment:

• Step 1: You must visit the official website and click on 'Processing Fee Payment Online tab.
• Step 2: Enter the AP ECET hall ticket number and rank and click on the 'Pay Fee Online' option, which is directed to the payment gateway.
• Step 3: Select any one mode of payment, i.e., net banking/ credit card or debit card, and enter the credentials.
• Step 4: Once the payment is successful, click on the 'Print' button and take a printout.

AP ECET 2025 Seat Allotment

AP ECET 2025 seat allotment process for the 2nd round will be held in Jul 22, 2025. You must report to the allotted colleges after seat allotment.  If you do not report to the college at the stipulated college, the allotment will be cancelled, and you have no claim for further allotment of seats.

AP ECET 2025 Web Counselling Procedure

There is a particular procedure that you have to follow while taking up the online web counselling procedure. The details related to the same are discussed below:

• You have to register online for web-based AP ECET counselling.
• You have to attend the counselling according to their rank; there are different dates based on their rank. 
• You could select their institutions/ universities according to their ranks in the merit list and verify their documents. 
• After verifying the original documents, they have to pay a counselling fee and get a receipt. 
• You are provided with the registration number and password to log on to the website for the web counselling 
• Afterwards, you must select a college from the list of participating colleges and submit it or freeze it. 
• You will receive the allotment letter via SMS or email on the registered mobile number or email ID, respectively. 
• You with the allotment letter can visit the college to get admission on the due date and time with their original documents. 

Note: The processing fee for OC/ BC you will be INR 1200, whereas for SC/ ST you, the fee will be INR 600. On payment of the processing fee, the registration number and login ID number will be provided to you. 

AP ECET Counselling 2025: Important Points

Applicants are required to meet certain criteria related to the ECET counselling. Some of the important points related to AP ECET counselling are provided below for you.

• If you score a minimum of 25%, i.e., 50 marks out of 200, you are eligible to appear for the AP ECET 2025 counselling. 
• The admission council will conduct AP ECET counselling in two rounds. If you do not participate in the first round of counselling, you can participate in the AP ECET 2nd counselling round.
• Suppose the seats are still left vacant after the two rounds of counselling. In that case, the AP ECET seat allotment 2025 for those seats will be done through an open round of counselling.
