The AIBE full form is the All India Bar Examination and the Bar Council of India (BCI) has announced the exam date on the official website. The AIBE XX (20) 2025 exam was on November 30, 2025, from 10 AM to 1 PM. The registration for AIBE XX (20) 2025 and AIBE 20 application form was out on September 29, 2025, and ended on October 29, 2025.
Candidates in their last year of LLB/BA LLB studies would be eligible to take AIBE 2025, per the updated eligibility requirements. Up until today, the AIBE exam was exclusively open to law grads. Only those candidates who clear the AIBE exam will be awarded the "Certificate of Practice" to practice law in India.
The AIBE XX (20) 2025 test is open to LLB graduates who have completed three or five years of study. A Certificate of Practice, which is required to practice law, is given to candidates who pass the AIBE exam.

AIBE 20 (XX) 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Students must know the AIBE Eligibility Criteria 2025 before applying for the AIBE 18 examination. The Bar Council of India (BCI) has set the eligibility criteria. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria, or the candidature will be cancelled.

- Candidates need to register from the homepage.
- Enter the details to register for AIBE 18.
- Candidates need to upload the required documents to register.
- Candidates' registration numbers and passwords will be sent to their email addresses.
- Login to the account to fill out AIBE Application Form 2025.
- Enter the given no. Along with the password, click on the login button.
- Fill out the application form with personal and academic details and phone number.
- Upload the scanned documents like passport size photograph and signature to complete the application form.
- Pay the application fees.

AIBE 20 (XX) 2025 Exam Pattern
AIBE exam process 2025 involves the question paper being divided into two parts. The question paper will consist of questions from 20 different subjects. The subjects will be divided into categories, such as I and II. Each subject of Category I consisted of 7 questions; in Category II, subjects consisted of 23 questions.
