• Candidates who are not yet enrolled with the State Bar Council but are law graduates with a law degree, or are in the final semester of their 3-year or 5-year LL.B. degree course with no backlogs, or law graduates who are currently employed in some service or job but have not yet enrolled or have surrendered their enrollment due to their job, must submit an undertaking.
• You can download this undertaking from the AIBE website or locate it on the final page of the application form. After finishing the task, you must upload a scanned copy (not a smartphone photo) of the signed paper.
• Candidates who have already enrolled and obtained an enrollment certificate must upload their self-attested enrollment certificate. The undertaking form is exclusively for applicants who do not have an enrollment certificate or are in the final semester of a 3- or 5-year integrated LL.B degree program with no backlogs.
• If you are in the final semester of your 3-year or 5-year integrated LL.B. degree program, you must include self-attested, scanned copies (not pictures) of your marksheets from each semester.
• Candidates for the 3-year LL.B. degree course should submit marksheets from Semesters I to V. Candidates for the 5-year integrated LL.B. degree course must submit marksheets from Semesters I to IX.
• If you have completed your LL.B. degree course but have not yet acquired your Law degree, please include self-attested, scanned copies (not pictures) of all of your marksheets. Candidates for the three-year LL.B. degree course should submit marksheets from Semesters I through VI. Candidates for the 5-year integrated LL.B. degree course must submit marksheets from Semesters I to X.
