ACLAT Eligibility Criteria 2019

Candidates need to fulfill the eligibility criteria before starting the ACLAT 2019 Application Process. If at any point in time, it is found that the candidate has violated any eligibility criteria, then his/her candidature will be canceled by the concerned authority.

Criteria 

B.A. LL.B (Bachelor of arts of Law) ACLAT 2019

 

Eligibility Criteria: 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate (40% marks for SC/ST candidates).

 

 

Age Limit: Candidates must be minimum 20 years of age. Reserved Category has a relaxation of 2 years.

 

B.B.A. LL.B (Bachelor of Business Administration of Law) ACLAT 2019

 

Eligibility Criteria: 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate (40% marks for SC/ST candidates).

 

 

Age Limit: Candidates must be minimum 20 years of age. Reserved Category has a relaxation of 2 years.

 

LL.M (Master of Law) ACLAT 2019

 

Eligibility Criteria: LL. B./B. L. or any other graduate degree in Law recognized by Bar Council of India with a minimum of minimum 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category)

 

Ph. D. in Law ACLAT 2019

Eligibility Criteria: Master’s Degree in LL. M. (Any Branch) with a minimum of 55% (50% for SC/ST) in aggregate from a recognized university.
