The JoSAA will release the complete list of BTech participating institutions in the official website. The JoSAA information brochure will be available on June 03, 2025. As per the previous year list released, 121 colleges took part in the JoSAA counselling. Out of these, 23 are IITs, 32 are NITs, 40 GFTIs, and 26 IIITs. JoSAA registration 2025 will be conducted until Jun 12, 2025 in the official website. The JoSAA seat allotment 2025 list will be made based on the performance of the candidate in JEE Main, JEE Advanced and JoSAA choice filling process.

JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) is responsible for conducting the centralised counselling and seat allocation process for admissions to various undergraduate programs. Approximately 121 institutes will participate in the JoSAA counselling 2025. Additionally, seats in the participating institutes of JoSAA 2025 will be allocated to candidates who have qualified for the entrance examination. JoSAA 2025 Participating Colleges Counselling Process

Candidates applying for JoSAA participating institutes 2025 have to appear for the counselling process. The counselling is held in the following steps:

Candidates have to register for the JoSAA counselling.
Next, they must enter their JoSAA colleges choice and seat according to their eligibility.
Once the choice filling is done, the candidates must lock their choices.
The candidates who are qualified for the exam will be called for counselling.
Candidates must appear at the JoSAA 2025 participating colleges with the required documents.

Documents Required for the JoSAA Counselling Process 2025

The JoSAA registration and choice filling process will be conducted between Jun 03-12, 2025 in the official website. Students are required to submit their 10+2 marksheets, category certificate, medical certificate, etc.
